I come to this Carl’s Jr. from time to time, sometimes just to grab food and sometimes to sit and get a little work done. I’ve definitely noticed positive changes lately. The new manager Anna is clearly doing good things, the place feels more organized, cleaner, and the staff seems more engaged and friendly. It’s been a noticeably better experience overall. I’m happy to keep coming back.

I stopped by Carl’s Jr. during my lunch break with my coworkers, and the experience was honestly way better than expected. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly what we needed to power through the rest of the workday. Everything tasted great, and our orders were spot-on even with a group order, which isn’t always easy during a busy lunch rush.
What really stood out, though, was the general manager. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. You could tell they cared about both the customers and the team working there. They checked in to make sure everything was going well and created such a positive vibe in the restaurant.
Between the great food, fast service, and outstanding management, this Carl’s Jr. turned a regular lunch break into a really pleasant experience. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🙂

Always food is good but could be great if instructions are followed. Asked for extra Santa Fe Sauce and never get it. I know they know what I mean because I order the $6.00 Guacamole Bacon Burger. I use it to dunk my fries in. Some of the best stuff if you have not tried it you all definitely need to try this. Just 1 star off wish I had my Sauce for my fries. also being rushy and pushy makes for the experience seem like your in thier way ordering food. if you dont like your job then leave. Don’t ruin it for everyone else. But. That is a teaching moment and can learn from mistakes and be better than they were yesterday. Don’t compete but be a better person and it will vibrate within. Still will return as I always love Carl’s Jr ❤️

I didn’t get their names but the customer service was top tier. Very friendly and helpful. I joined the rewards program and got a free burger with a purchase (chocolate chip cookie) and the person was very helpful with that. The general manager was very nice as well. Customer service is tea! 😀

food was ok. but the service threw me off. no one’s at the register while there’s no cars. it also stinks like eggs. and the employees look like they hate there job. with the taco bell and KFC next to them the employees always have a smile on there face. food was good tho

Open on Christmas so not the store or the company but the employees get this review, friendly greetings, wishing a merry Christmas and being away from their family’s to provide food for us that have to seek an Xmas meal someplace other than home.
