Do you love wings, fast and anywhere you are, then this is your place. So many flavors, bone in or bone out. We usually get a family pack with multiple flavors, fries and veggie sticks. The fries are ok, noticed they have loaded fries, have to try them next time. This location has friendly helpful people. Always clean. Can get crowded at busy times.

Never again! So, we placed an online order at this location the Saturday after the snow/ice situation in early Feb. Our wait time was an 1hr and 20 minutes, cool. We arrived and did not get our food until 1 hour and 30 minutes later. Had I known it wouldn’t be cooked until we arrived, I would have never placed the order. I commend the young lady working the front register. They were obviously overwhelmed with online orders and short staffed. This is my 2nd time ordering thighs from Wingstop, first at the DeSoto location, in which they were dry, and at this location…see the picture. The wings were larger than the frog like pieces I was served.

I spent $50 on food, to get home and realized they forgot a chicken sandwich. I called them to inform them, and they said that they forgot to put it in the bag. I drive back 15 miles to get my sandwich, and ask the manager if I could have a 20oz fountain drink for the inconvenience. She tells me I would have to pay for it. I then paid for it, but asked for her name to make a complaint. She responds, “I can not give out my name”. I am a GM in the retail business, and if my employees failed to fulfill a customers order, I would try to make it right for the customer. The manager on shift needs some retraining on customer service. You might lose $2.91 today for your mistake, but will gain that back with a satisfied customer that will continue to do business with you. I will be taking my business somewhere that appreciates our service, and shows value in there customers.
