It is not that the food was not good. the food was very good. The order was correct, the gentlemen, that give us our food at the window was pleasant. But when we opened up our roast Beef sandwich, the burger sauce was everywhere. It was all over the outside of the sandwich all over the paper the roast Beef sandwich was wrapped in. It was just everywhere. Now perception is reality, whether that is right or wrong. That is just the way it is. And when you looked at that my first thought was because we ordered the burger sauce extra, and it just seemed like it made them upset that they had to make a special order. I just think they could have added the burger sauce to the Roast Beef sandwich and it not have been everywhere. The second Roast Beef sandwich when it was opened. It had the burger sauce on there and It didn’t look like that, it did spill over the Roast Beef sandwich a bit but it wasn’t all over the top of the bun. It wasn’t all over the paper. It was definitely you could see that it was on there. But just not so disrespectful looking.

I have attempted to buy a French dip there multiple times. The first couple of times I got the sandwich, but not the dip. Today, I got the dip but not the sandwich. I have now driven over 10 miles to my home and made that discovery. They are not answering the phone. I like the food, but man, fix this problem!

Ordered the 7.99 box. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was so overcooked I couldn’t chew it. I asked for Curley Fries and was given and rang up for crinkle fries. The only thing I could eat was the mozzarella sticks. I gave it a 2 star because the guy at the window was so polite. Other than that it was a waste of money and I won’t be going back.

Just got my food & we asked for fresh fries. The fries were visibly old, hard & burnt. The roast beef sandwiches, & this is a first for us — tasted like nothing?? Like it had no salt or anything & had a mild flour after taste. The burger was soggy & cold. Mac & cheese was undercooked, cold, & tasted sweet. The only good thing was the buffalo chicken sliders. Super disappointed, won’t be going back & admittedly I’m pissed off I spent $40 on food that I couldn’t really eat.
