What has this once good restaurant come to what a disaster order a crunch wrap supreme on my own because we now have to place our own orders doing their job for them while they stand around in a group in back laughing and gossiping all the while we’re paying significantly more for a trash product with no service to top that they actually forgot to even put the meat in as the crunch wrap supreme insert golf clap here you had one job literally and you failed and you think your worth a $15 hr wage what an absolute joke I now remember why I quit coming here in the first place

After the renovations this place is really nice and clean and the staff did a great job of upholding the quality of their work but did not come to out to drop off our food and it was just us in the restaurant

if I could give this place a zero Stars I would. I waited in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes. people were complaining about how long it took. on top of that the crunchwrap supreme was soggy wrap supreme because we were waiting in line so long. and they forgot to put spices on it.

I live in valley and got home n the bottom of my bag was soaked n had a hole in it, I pull the food out and a couple items are soaked in water. Called the store n the guy just wanted to try and say it’s bc it’s raining out. But yet my tortilla is stuck to its wrapper from water n the hole taco is soaked. Ended up hanging up cause he clearly wasn’t about to be sorry or help fix it. Guess I just don’t eat tonight lady who took my order tho was nice

The taco wrappers were soaking wet, couldn’t even get the tacos off the wrapper. Very disappointed with these. Ended up throwing all 5 of the tacos away. Sad part. It wasn’t grease that the wrappers were soaked in, but watery substance.

Been here multiple times good taste fine. My problem is the fact that I ask for double chicken. I get it in seperate containter bc last time they didn’t give me double. This time I got it in seperate container just for them to put 5 piece of chicken in my actual bowl. If I paid extra give me extra.

I ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza and the taste and the smell of it was putrid. I don’t know if they just had icky dirty oil that they fried the tortillas in, but I couldn’t eat it at all. I had to throw the whole thing away after one bite.

Told staff my code through drive thru , said it wasn’t working . Then told me that it just work idk and shut the window. Then I proceeded to get home to eat my meal and someone else’s meal. Just a very frustrating experience
