I had MOST disappointing and disgusting experience with the establishment owner. We’ve been regular customers and constantly send business their way, I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food and service. ONE night the kitchen served us the most skimped and nasty steak and cheese sandwich we have ever had, we called right away after getting home to a super disappointing meal 🙁 the lady at the front answered kindly and apologized for the inconvenience and advised me to come pick up a remake the following night, she proceeded to take my information and told me to come when I could. I called today and was unfortunately connected to the business owner who was sooo extremely rude from the beginning of the conversation… he cut me off, denied their mistake, and was so disrespectful. I have NEVER came across such an unpleasant person and business such as this one. The lady who took my information kept telling him she had told me they would remake it, yet he continued to get loud with me and stated “people take advantage of them” this guy is all about his money and not the client satisfaction. What a damn shame. I do not recommend this place AT ALL if you’re looking for quality food and kind customer service, there are so many places that offer good food and a great experience. NOT this place. Will be attaching video and photo of the nasty sandwich

when I first lived to Bringgs chaney, after all the moving in process and stress, we hit this spot 10 minutes before closing. I told ma mama it was the best choice I’ve made since we moved here. the wings are beyond phenomenal and bubba knows I speak the truth. he always see’s me there. every week i get my order of wings and onion rings.
the wings are crispy. tendery ( if you want them very crunchy / well cooked tell the cashier!! ) they will take good care of you. food is so delicious bubba. thank you so much very phenomenal.
you can’t say no to wings, fries and some bubbly on the side for a reward after a long day.

This place was great! Heading to the ER, we were able to place three orders and get our food within 10 minutes. We even were given complimentary fries. The food tasted amazing and the wings were saucy. The experience was great overall and they ensured we were satisfied. Too bad i am not super close to this location… id always give them business!

First time visit for a family of 4, so we sampled a lot and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The favorites were the buffalo wings (extra crispy), chicken strips, chicken and rice, and hush puppies. The staff was extremely pleasant. The seating is limited to 10, but most people were ordering takeout, so we happily enjoyed our meal there!

I usually go to the Woodbridge one. Due to some personal reasons, I had to go to this branch. But this branch did not fail to live up to my expectation. The branch may look small but it had everything of the franchise with the same or better quality. Loved their lunch package, the Philly steak with fries.

I stopped in on a whim and placed an order that included a Philly cheesesteak, a side of lemon pepper wings, a 20-piece wing order (half Caribbean jerk, half Caribbean citrus), and onion rings for carryout.
Unfortunately, the experience fell short in both service and food quality. During the ordering process, the cashier was on the phone intermittently, which led to confusion. When I received my order, the cashier opened the boxes to show me the items, and I noticed my onion rings were missing. When I asked about them, he laughed and said he must not have heard me order them.
As for the food, the Philly cheesesteak lacked flavor and tasted almost entirely of mayonnaise. More disappointing was the 20-piece wing order, which had no noticeable seasoning or dry rub at all. Both flavors were bland and indistinguishable, tasting like plain, unseasoned wings.
Overall, between the inattentive service and poor food quality, the meal was not worth the cost. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

I visited this location 40 minutes before closing, expecting to enjoy a meal based on the reviews I had seen. Unfortunately, I was told that the only items available were wings and fries—everything else was unavailable, including the chicken sub I had planned to order. For a Friday night, this was extremely disappointing. I don’t understand why they would be so limited on menu options well before closing time. If a restaurant is open, customers should be able to order from the full menu, not just a small selection. This experience was frustrating, and I likely won’t be returning.

Food would probably be fine but the service is atrocious. Ordered whole wings with teriyaki sauce online. Was not told when picking up my food that whole wings couldn’t come with teriyaki sauce. So I didn’t get what I ordered. When I called to ask about it, I was rushed off the phone with no apology. Instead he blamed us for not taking mumbo sauce. We thought the wings had sauce on them, so why would I need mumbo sauce? Just be aware that you may pay $30 for wings that won’t come the way you expect them to. We will not be back and we will caution others from going here as well.
