It was dirty, took forever to get the food. Biggest problem was the manager this woman walking thru saying hey how you doing this that and the other to everyone inside the dining room except for the white people and then the look of disgust when we asked for onion ring sauce. Nasty bathroom and parking lot with a man walking around it talking to himself.

Honestly best place to get a burger in town. It’s not the absolute fastest place, but my order is never wrong. I’ll wait a few extra minutes for it to be right. Burgers have good taste better than anywhere else. And their onion rings are spot on. Very few places have decent fry alternatives without adding $2-5 to your meal.

Went in during the lunch rush and I can say I am throughly pleased with the wait time to receive my food, with how many people where in the lobby and drive through. The front counter cashier was very polite and the bagger was moving the front counter and drive through efficiently. I would also like to point out that the cooks were spot on. Burger was fresh fries were pippin hot AND they added ketchup and napkins to the bag automatically.
10/10 would recommend!

Burger king in vidalia is great, i have no bad experiences time after time. Especially compared to other fast food restaurants in town they have the best customer service and the food is always on point. I should’ve left this review years ago bc its always been consistent. Absolutely disgusted by this.. I ordered a Whopper NO tomatoes and a Oreo milk shake. Get home my food had tomatoes on it.. later I get my shake out the refrigerator to finish drinking it when I find that there is a whole tomato at the bottom of my shake. Absolutely no reason for this kind of stuff to happen. Made me sick to my stomach. Absolutely ridiculous and nasty

I order two simple whopper Jrs to pick up, around 9:50pm tells me it will be ready around 10pm and now that I’m here they make me wait another 15 mins after it says to show up at 10pm and done showed up around 10:05pm I waited until 10:20pm and done made be late for work so thanks for another bad service can’t even do a simple job right.

Food was sub par but the employees attitude was horrible. I went through drive thru and they told me to pull up ,however ; I wanted to add honey mustard, but I didn’t have the chance because they already slammed the window shut. When time came for my food coming out, I asked and the girl and she looked at me in a mean manner, and said why didn’t you ask me at the window, and I told her the reason and she stormed off and was talking under her breath. We waited a good 6 minutes for our honey mustard, and a whole other employee showed up and decided on giving us a lecture on when to ask for sauces and was being rude. I didn’t know we were kids that needed to be taught proper etiquette.

The people there tonight were very nice and even though they messed up the unedited sandwich (realized after I drove off my sandwich was missing toppings) they apologized and fixed it.
Also… That’s a large looks more like all those fries could fit in a small container.
I know fast food managers say you’re supposed to “pinch” to container when you fill it up but wow.
Honestly, without the friendliness of the staff, I probably wouldn’t go back for a very long time, but I’ll probably be in there again within the next week.
