I’m reading the reviews and something must have really changed over the past few months because our overall experience was EXCELLENT. Kudos to our server, Dawn, who made us feel very welcome and provided some good-spirited banter. Service was fast, and the food was excellent. Also, priced just right…check out their menu. I ordered a BLT and onion rings, and the hubs ordered a wet burrito. Onion rings batter dipped, burrito sauce homemade. This will be our new go to!

This is a cool little place with a very home-town country atmosphere. They offer locally sourced food and beverages. The service was perhaps not the most welcoming I have ever had, but it was fast and accurate. The fries were good and the burger was decent, but not quite what I was expecting. The breakfast was very good and definitely worth a try. If you are passing through, and prefer to support local business, this place is a good option.

My mom and I decided to try this place. Nice country look on the inside and out. Waitress was quick with drinks and taking our order. Took about an hour to get our food(wasn’t that busy in there). We ordered the wet burrito. Had way more vegetables on top then needed, the meat tasted cheap and burnt. The waitress was just wondering around most of the time. Asked for more napkins and only got 2. Will not be back.

We both had burgers. Mine was from the Senior menu – cheeseburger and fries. Fantastic! My husband tried the Bastard Burger. An unusual combination but he truly enjoyed it. Coffee was piping hot and Kathy kept our mugs full. We will definitely stop in whenever we are in the area!!

Restaurant looks really nice inside. When we got in there we were greeted by a young lady that got us a drink and took our orders. We then sat for over an hour. Nobody came and talked to us refilled our drinks, And we were the only people in there. There were three children in the kitchen and no adults. The kid cooking look like he was maybe 14. I’m assuming it was all family. We got two burgers, A burrito and and one BLT and it was $68. By the time we got our food we had to ask to take it to go. Very disappointed. Could be a really nice place.

After waiting 30 minutes for drinks, waitress told us our food was just about ready. We felt like she forgot about us. So we decided to leave. I wanted to give them a chance but they sucked. I hope they do better.

Extremely slow service and food took 45 minutes! Biscuits and gravy had strange sausage and the biscuits were the canned biscuits. Not even real. Hash browns came out after we were nearly done eating.

Not a good experience from the watered down coffee to the toilet seat falling mid stream then no towel or paper towel in the bathroom. Our order was completely wrong, hashbrowns were done correctly in the wrong order, but by the time I got anything else they were cold, didn’t even bring the Frank’s before they were cold. NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHATSOEVER!!! Didn’t really plan on spending over an hour at breakfast in a very low volume diner. Sausage was likely from a box. My over medium eggs were sunny side up basically. Lady is nice, I don’t like leaving bad reviews but y’all need to get it together. Remus doesn’t have many options, you’d think the ones there would be excellent.
