My roommate and I walked to the Chipotle on Limestone for lunch and it was an overall great experience! Although they were out of a few toppings, they gave an alternative to wait until the food was freshly made. The restaurant was pretty empty during this experience, however, we’ve been during a few other occasions and there was a line out the door. However their hard working staff moves quickly and efficiently to make sure that everyone is fed with AMAZING sized portions. The staff working were very friendly and provided a great overall experience! They packed our bowls and the food was so delicious, filling, and a GREAT price— especially for the college students! We most definitely will be back at this location. Even though they may have sold out of some of their ingredients—understandably so, as it surrounds a busy campus— the staff’s helpfulness and passion for their jobs deserves 5/5 stars!

Once again I’m writing. A bad review because there wasn’t hardly any chicken in the two quasodillas I got. Not much cheese or chicken. The girls who was running the front of the food line was rude and slow service for only having two people infront of me who didn’t order much. A $2 comp off a meal that’s normally $12 when it coulda been free seeing how her attitude was. Them told me the pico and quaso go on the side. That’s a damn lie. I used to do her job years ago, we put them on the quasodillas when I worked at chipotle. She was lazy and hardly listened to the lady infront of me. This was beyond half ass. The guy who went on break made his food before taking the customers order and had her do the customers instead. Hell they didn’t even bother to cut the quasodillas I ordered. Okome is getting better business because your staff sucks. Train them! It was just a mess. Take the time to do your job right. Customer service matters. Next time I’ll come behind the counter and teach them myself if it helps. I’ve been in customer service. I’ll even train them for FREE! Shouldn’t even get one star just to post this, this was a zero star experience.

Just fire the whole staff and start from scratch at this point. I don’t know if the person making the pick up orders could put together butter and toast much less a burrito bowl. I have been getting food at this location for a long time and there isn’t one good experience I have had. I just reached my breaking point today. From a business perspective I would recommend to the owner just having the workers use the sauce containers to serve bowls in from now on. It’s a waste of money for the company to use branded bowls to put just a few small bites in. If work or school is brutal and you just want a burrito bowl to brighten your day. Just go somewhere else or don’t eat. Your day will be better off not going in here.

I ordered it as an order pickup during lunch and the person running the cash register did check up on my order and gave it to me three minutes before the specified time but there was literally 5 pieces of steak in the whole bowl. I mean it’s $12 it’s not cheap so I was really disappointed. There wasn’t a line and it was lunch so, had I known how disappointing it would be to do a pickup order, I would’ve just gone through the line because apparently you need to watch and see if they actually give you what you paid for.

Chicken bowl $8.50, chips and queso $4.30. Plus tax was $13 and change. No drink. Chips are salted perfectly, queso is good. Lots of rice, corn, beans, tomato and chicken in the bowl.

i was just there with a group of my friends got a bowl and wanted vinaigrette sauce, they told me it was online only. That’s okay i wasn’t mad, but i realized i had free chips on my app so I decided to actually order online chips and queso. I waited 40 mins and never received my chips. I also left after that, because no one should be in a “fast food” place for more than an hour. Unbelievable service as well, they treated me bad and overlooked me and others as well. Never got a refund for my purchase, and ended up spending $22 for a small meal. If i ever have chipotle again, with definitely be a different location or might choose qdoba instead. Unbelievable.

UPDATE: I went back and asked them to remake it. It took the manager ten minutes to come acknowledge me, despite the restaurant not even being remotely busy. I explained to him that the quantity of the food was the issue. No refund was given. Third photo is what I got. The majority of the bowl is sour cream and somehow there’s even LESS food overall??? Featuring the brown guac. This is absolutely disgusting. An absolute joke.

I didn’t even know you can be this bad at your own job. Literally everything you could do wrong was done here. Tell me why there is a line up to the door with 4 people serving and only one cook. KEEP IN MIND, EVERYTHING is basically out. THERE WERE OUT OF EVERYTHING EXCEPT BARBACOA AND PINTO BEANS. All of the buffoons didn’t say or do anything to help the single cook in the back at all. Everyone is absurdly rude to the customers especially during this situation. You have 3-4 hours until you close yet you barely restock the ingredients… BFFR. I’m going to be completely honest, as a student. Save your money and go the okome next door. This place is probably the biggest reason why UK sucks.

I ordered food at a relatively not busy time around 4 and said it would be ready at 4:15 to not even be ready by 4:30. And when I finally was able to eat it the rice was completely inedible and hard as a rock, lettuce was soggy and gross, and I got steak when I ordered chicken. Worst chipotle east of the Mississippi. Gonna stiff you on protein every time and cut up meat into every small pieces to make it look like more but it really isn’t. Always out of something somehow too, it’s honestly impressive how much this happens at this chipotle specifically.
