Hardee’s breakfast platter can’t be beaten. Eggs, hash rounds, sausage or bacon or ham, biscuit and sausage gravy. It was very yummy! Cashier was professional and other people acknowledged her by name. Atmosphere – piped in music, clean but not a lot of personality to it. It’s fast food after all.

Occasionally we go to this Hardee’s. This was the 1st (and maybe last) time we’ll try the fried chicken family meal. The chicken definitely tastes great; however, in my opinion, you don’t get your money’s worth. Competitor locations completely fill the containers for gravy, mashed potatoes, and gravy, but our containers for an 8-piece family meal were not full. I was disappointed. There was what looked like 2 ice cream scoops of mashed potatoes…like for 2 people (a couple) instead of a family of 4. We really liked the Cole slaw too, as well as the biscuits and the sweet tea (1/2 gallon; not pictured). I had placed our order online and asked for all white meat. Unfortunately, we were given the regular 8-piece (see picture – 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 breasts), so I called the store and the gentleman began to explain what he owed me because of the mistake. But I admit, I interrupted him and said I’m not coming back there tonight, I just want my $10 back (the extra that I paid for all white meat). He told me to call back the next day and talk to [xxx]. We’ll I had a busy week, so I didn’t end up calling until 4 days later. The person who answered was the store manager. After I explained, he was aware of the situation already, and offered an 8-piece chicken! I told him that was quite generous and all I was asking for was my $10 back, lol!! So that was a really pleasant surprise. He said I could come get the chicken whenever I want. I went later that day. The gentleman who made the mistake was there and as soon as he saw me, he remembered who I was, and he said, “Chicken, right?” And I said yes. Both he amd the other person who helped me were kind (and I’m sure it’s easy to make an accidental mistake when you’re short-staffed, got 5+ cars in the drive-thru, and are doing the best you can). And again, to my surprise, they gave us 4 biscuits too!! I thought it was only going to be the chicken!! They really know how to right a wrong and that’s wonderful customer service!! While I may not get any chicken meals going forward, I’ll surely be continuing to order other food from this location. They’ve certainly earned goodwill from my family and me. Way to go for stellar customer service!!! Again, thank you!!

It’s fast good but it still can be good food, right? Burger was warm and would have been great if it had not been sitting for who knows how long. Fries were warm-ish. Definitely could gave been better.

Hardees was short staffed but the staff there were working hard. The food was ok. The restaurant is very dirty. The tables were not clean but that can be expected when they are short staffed. However, you can tell it has been a long time since they have done a thorough or deep cleaning. For example, the outside of the tea dispensers were visibly dirty and the corners on the floors had caked up dirt. When a restaurant is not clean, you have to question all of their attention to detail, especially when preparing food. In summary, this place is disgusting. I hope the local health department does an inspection soon.
We do not plan to return.

Was there yesterday evening with a lady with dementia trying to get her some much wanted French frys…I seen 6 employees at my visit but no body even spoke to me. Restaurant was not busy , I stood very patiently waiting for someone to take my order..one cashier trying check out register..two employees talking on my side counter..one employee stocking drink straws..cook comes from backroom looks around and returns to kitchen. Another cashier finally comes out getting ready I guess…still no one said anything to me. Ok so I decided its bad day so I turn to leave and help my dementia lady back to car when new cashier says can I help you as I was walking away..then only then did the ladies talking at counter ask me was everything ok..if they only knew that this lady just wanted some frys…so I told them everything is fine and we left.

I haven’t been to a Hardee’s in ages and thought I’d give one a try.
The restaurant was clean. The staff were warm and friendly. My food was served with a smile in a timely manner.
I ordered just a cheeseburger. It was awful! It had so much mayonnaise on it that I couldn’t eat the whole thing. There wasn’t much flavor, and I won’t ever be ordering one again. The French fries were dry and not enjoyable at all. I really don’t know how Hardee’s stay in business?
Two stars from me. The restaurant and staff were great, the food was terrible. A hard pass from me.

We ordered off the Hardee’s app at 7:45 pm pulled In to get our order around 8:10 when we checked our bag not only was our three pieces of white meat chicken missing but my wife’s frisco burger had mayo and tomato ( we ordered it plane) and my burger had pickles and onions …. Went inside especially about the 8.00 chicken meal and was informed we won’t make anymore chicken this late…they straightened the burger out and gave me three tenders for the chicken… but what pisses me off the most if I didn’t check the bag they’d have burned me for the chicken…. The photo shows they serve chicken till nine pm… It’s a good thing I’m only visiting the area .
