Such a charming little old-timey restaurant! I enjoyed stopping in here and getting a solid burger. The service was great, and I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, and it just reminded me of how charming and amazing small towns are. If I’m ever through town again I know I need to stop here to get a quick bite of food.

We were there a week ago. Ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. Received just bacon burgers… No cheese. When we asked where the cheese was, we were told we didn’t order bacon cheeseburgers, which we definitely had….there was no bacon burger option on the menu. They were near cold (they were not busy) and only a thin slice of pickle in it… nothing else except they came with BBQ potato chips. Not impressed with food or service. Thankfully we were traveling thru so will not be there again.

The California burger was one of the best I’ve had…perfectly grill toasted bun, mayo, patty was juicy and cooked just right. It had crisp lettuce, tomato and a sweet slice of purple onion. They have good crisp fries as well. The dining area is clean and service is very pleasant. A good experience. Best of all they have chocolate and vanilla soft serve ice cream. For the die hards they have a good selection of hard serve as well.

Orders a 1/4 shrooms and Swiss burger with onion rings.
Order took 50 mins to come out
Onion rings were overcooked, almost burnt.
Burger was missing the mushrooms… So I got a very dry and flavorless burger that only had cheese on it.
I wanted to go easy on the place since they just reopened, but the poor service, combined with extremely long wait times, and very flavorless food is just too much to ignored
