Traveled an hour and a half to eat here for Valentine’s Day with my fiancé and we were not disappointed. The food, service and environment were top notch. Top notch establishment. A very intimate and cozy dinning experience with a lovely menu. Lots of seafood and wild game choices. The meal was incredible finished off with an amazing sticky date pudding and an espresso martini. Delish! We will be back

This was a tremendous experience , from start to finish. Thank you to our server Henrique, who made celebrating an anniversary special, going above & beyond to make our night fantastic. The chef made some amazing eats, with the Mussells being so good. The banana flambe was such a treat.

As first-time visitors, we appreciated the thoughtful recommendations from our server, Curtis, who truly made our night memorable. He was incredibly attentive, polite, and respectful of our privacy, striking just the right balance between excellent service and giving us space to enjoy our evening.
For dinner, my wife had a seafood dish that was fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor, while I enjoyed a succulent lamb dish that was equally impressive—tender, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. Every bite reflected the care and quality Normand’s is known for.
To our surprise and delight, we were treated to a complimentary dessert to mark our anniversary, a sweet and generous touch. They also offered to take a photo of us and even had it printed and given to us before we left—a keepsake we’ll always cherish.

Great food and atmosphere, our waiter Enrique was great! Very tasteful decoration and music.
We started off with the house paté and a bottle of Pinot Gris then my wife had the Bouillabaisse and I had the bison rib eye (perfect medium rare). We finished the night with the Coupe Normand and the chocolate torte (the dessert servings were extremely generous, we couldn’t finish them despite how tasty they were).
We will definitely be going back! This is a great date spot, delicious food at a reasonable price considering the quality and quantity.

The restaurant itself felt like stepping into an old antique space, The atmosphere was romantic, warm, and perfect for a special evening.
The food was amazing overall, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The only small downside was the fish had a few tiny bones left in it, but it didn’t take away much from the experience.
Our waiter, Lyle, was super friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. His energy and service truly stood out and made us feel very welcomed.

I love when an owner works the table. Normand was able to tell us everything on the menu off the top of his head. This place has been around for almost 40 years and I see why. The food did not disappoint. It has an old school elegant feel with tiered seating. The appetizers was tasty and filling. The variety was excellent. I will attend this place many times going forward. I do feel for the owner. The city repairs have made parking tough. But it is worth walking a block to eat here. This is one of the best Italian restaurants in the city hands down

Normand’s never disappoints! The food is always delicious — we had a group of 8 and everyone was thrilled with their meals. We tried a bit of everything: mussels, bison carpaccio, steak, and more — all perfectly prepared. Our server was quick and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. We were celebrating a birthday, and they made it extra special. Highly recommend saving room for dessert — the sticky date pudding is hands down the best! Definitely recommend making a reservation, especially for larger groups.
