Let’s start with the service, it was good. The young lady at the counter was very polite and offered me parmesan, smiled and quick to attend me. The personal pan pizza has a special place in heart that brings back a euphoric memory of an older time when I was a young child leaving church with my family to head to the Pizza Hut buffet in Cleburne. I would get $3 in quarters to go play the two games they had which were Pac-Man and Gattica. The smell of that pizza always puts me in a good mood and it’s still taste just as good.

I ordered 2 personal pans. I haven’t been in a while but they had a special going so I ordered. At first look it was not appealing. it hardly had any meat, cheese or sauce. The taste was not any better. I will not be going back even if they are giving the pizza for free.

Well. I somehow got an “All Cheese” Pepperoni Pizza and 2 orders of 7pc Boneless wings.
Miss Oliva said the wings are pre-packaged, so her staff has “no control”. She offered to redo the wings but I had already made it home. I didn’t notice that the red spots in the pizza was just sauce . I had not had a cheese pizza since grade school. I thought it was going to be like the advertised picture of the cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and marinara sauce. It was a disappointing $32.44.

Terrible customer service. Ordered pizza get there to pick it up. No one to be found while I’m looking at my pizza sitting on the oven waiting to be boxed for 4 minutes. I call out to see if anyone was there managers screams I’m coming on the phone. He comes 3 minutes more later now my pizza sitting even longer. While I’m waiting I snapped pictures of not only no one at the register but filthy dirty floors along with my pizza still sitting on the outside of the filthy oven. Manager finally came from the back I questioned my pizza being outside the oven for extended amount of time. The manager walked away laughing with his coworker about it
I wonder what the health department would find here?? I called corporate soon as I left hoping someone would answer.

Got a large pizza from this location and it is as good as usual but I wanted to post about the delivery driver, Johnny. I’m visiting the area at a hotel and asked for plates. Unfortunately this location doesn’t have plates. So, the driver stopped and bought some at the store along the way. I’m flabbergasted at this level of service and he should be commended.

I looked at my pizza it was not pepperoni like I ordered. It was at supreme Pizza. I informed the lady she gave me the wrong pizza. But she fixed it immediately. It took about 10 more minutes. But they did correct the order and I appreciate them for that.

The employees at the time I have visited have always been polite and courtesy.
The preparation is fast and sofar the pizza have been.
My times that I have visited this establishment it was cleaned.
There are not restrooms or area to eat at.
They are open 7 days a week.
No sure if the deliver.

I don’t know how this location is still open. Ordered a big new Yorker with double pepperoni as advertised on the website. Got home and opened the box it was just a burned cheese pizza no pepperoni on it. I usually just go to the cedar hill location but they were sold out of the big new Yorker. The reason I go to the cedar hill location is because this location has been consistently bad for years. I will never and I mean never spend $$ again at this location, just drive a little further and get better service and quality from cedar hill.
