I’m not usually one to leave a review, but it’s the same thing every time with the Noblestown Road location. I order the crispy cantina chicken taco, most locations serve it piping hot with the cheese fully melted. This location never gets it even close to fully melted. It’s sloppy and a tomato is sticking out of the cheese. Very disappointing, I’ve worked fast food, and yeah it’s not the most enjoyable thing to do. But you’re getting paid, and you’re responsible for delivering actual people’s food that they eat. Do better.

I always order DoorDash and there’s always something wrong with my food I specifically put no cheese on my tacos but they continuously put cheese on my tacos. Even going there they are rude and ignorant and don’t know how to do the job properly. If I could give this place zero stars I really would. I recommend everyone not go here at all.

I ordered delivery through doordash. I got the supreme luxe box and nacho fries. Everything that I ordered was completely cold! The nacho fries were hard couldn’t even eat them! The food definitely wasn’t fresh at all and it was definitely old food that been sitting there from yesterday. I had to throw it away in the garbage!

Scary place, absolutely do not go. I was polite ordering, and staff literally mocked me and refused to make my food. Rest of staff was outside on a smoke break. Owner needs to visit this place, absolutely no way they are making money. I literally left scared.

Heavyset, blonde woman smoking a cigarette directly outside the door, and leaves the unsmoked portion on the ledge of the window. Disgusting.
She immediately went in and started preparing and serving the food at the drive-through without washing her hands.
Disgusting.
If she’s not washing the smoke and nicotine off of her fingers before serving your food, she’s probably not washing her hands for anything else either.
Disgusting.
Management needs to retrain and keep a close eye on her.
Or reassign her to a non-food handling position.
Or just release this substandard behavior from the company and let her work somewhere else.
Like a trash handling facility.
Or a wastewater treatment facility.
Somewhere that having disgusting dirty hands doesn’t really matter.
I will never eat in this restaurant, and I will not recommend it to anyone else.

Came here to get the Taco Bell stacker. The girl Mikayla C gave me the avocado ranch chicken stacker.. I told her once I checked that it’s not what I ordered and she refused to give me what I ordered and said that “this is the only stacker we have” even though I order the beef one every single time. So I left there after paying for it with nothing to eat because I will not eat the one she gave me.

They are normally friendly and get your food right about 95% of the time which is like woohoo compared to mcdonalds!!!! Food is always hot and I never have to wait too long even when it’s a big order.
1/13/19 I got a cheesy gordita crunch and a beef supreme chalupa. Both shells where stale and the meat was cold (i only live 3 min away!) Sadly, I took 2 stars away because there was a black hair on my cheesy gordita crunch ☹

I was recently in here and witnessed a verbal screaming match between 2 employees…. really unprofessional, as the arguing and cussing progressed i’ve come to find out that they were pouring FOOD and the sauce and condiments that you put in your mouth on eachother.
