Newly opened taco bell is nice inside and I haven’t had to wait long for mobile orders but they don’t mark their food at all. I ordered 5 burritos, 1 x chicken, 2 x steak, 1 x steak no sour cream, and 1 x steak plus guac. We gotta open and cut each one to figure out which is which. Do better, taco bell. This is basic fast food stuff.
EDIT: after cutting into all the burritos we found out they didn’t get the order right either. Lowering my rating one more star.

Be careful ordering from them. They tend to not give extra meat and constantly leave lettuce on the tacos despite what directions say. I am allergic to lettuce so it is frustrating having to clean everything off so I can enjoy food I’ve ordered.

Extremely Upset By the poor service and lack of any sort of professionalism from the drive through. Was given the middle finger by the attendant and screwed up our order. Will not be coming back.

Im not coming back here. The staff is incompetent. The guy at the window seemed irritated simply by us ordering and kept telling us to hold up. Took too long to order. They got our order wrong, no receipt, the food was cold, didn’t include our sauce. Had to go back to fix my order. I ordered a large drink only to find out later that they have no large cups or sauce for the nuggets. Tell us that when we’re ordering… it’s simple.
For it to take so long to order you’d think the order would be right. Poor customer service and poorly made food.

Ordered without red sauce, still put it on it. I have complained a few times but does not help. Always get a new one made, but I dont always sit and eat there.
