For the wait the burger should have been on point for fast food standards. Understanding the food is not healthy but the burger should have been better. It was a bit of a wait it was giving busy restaurant wait. I went through the drive thru with one car ahead and parking lot pretty empty …just giving facts. Servers were professional with their response and mannerisms.

If I could give no stars I would. This Burger King is dirty. The people have a nasty attitude. We went through the drive through 1pm Friday on our way to check in to the Guitar hotel. We wanted the impossible whopper meal and were told they ran out. Then we asked where is the next closet Burger King and was told I do not know you can google it. Burger King should be ashamed of themselves and if this is a owner franchise (not under corporate) they need the department of Heath(place dirty), how did they ran out of impossible meals during the beginning of the lunch rush? Also they need to do inventory control checks and the employees need proper customer service training. “I do not know you can Google it.” Totally acceptable!!! No regard for customer satisfaction or profits.

Horrible service the employees won’t honor offers from the app and give you a nasty attitude once you begin ordering. Especially the guy with the durag instead of helping you out he makes you feel like you have to leave already. Come here if you want bad service and ratchet attitude.

Its quite apparent this BK is on its last legs. The carpet was sticky causing a trip hazard, no straws, ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and the dude gave me one that tasted like it was microwaved. I had no choice but to have them make it over as it was unacceptable. I see others say either take something or add something to the sandwich. It shouldnt have to be that way. Last time coming to this one. I see why alot of fast food places are closing. Its the cost, the mediocre food, and the place isnt even clean.

There is no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands and the soda machine was out of ice. You had to hand your cup to the man behind the counter for him to put ice into it. The in employees were friendly and the food was delicious and the inside was clean.

TRASHIEST service of them all, if you decide to stop by be ready to wait up to 30 minutes in line and be ready to have your stuff messed. The employees don’t even seem to be working together as three of them approached me to ask about my order last time I stopped by the drive thru. Save yourself some trouble and pull up to a McDonald’s or Wendy’s
