We went to the Burger King in Neptune for the SpongeBob bundle. I’m not usually a fast-food person, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service and how fresh the food was. I was really impressed with Burger King’s overall presentation for the SpongeBob collaboration. All the employees were very nice and professional. I’m not sure when I’ll be back, but I can definitely say I had a great experience.

Ordered online (doordash delivered) Order correct, put 1 straw in bag of 5 drinks. Not a crisis but ran out at home. Spent a fortune ($85) and had to dig thru cars and found 2 more. It was annoying and all the manager would do is blame doordash driver that he didn’t get them. Yet they put 1 in sealed bag, but i guess other 4 were driver responsiblity, ive order many times and straws were always in bag, never had them just handed to me lose or thrown lose next to my bag (drinks in sealed bag) on my porch. Burger King should take responsibility and not blame driver.

Ordered on the app almost everything was wrong, they also gave no sauces even the 3 I paid for, no straw for the soda that was not even close to being full. The app system for contacting support is a disgrace as well.

While Burger King is known for their array of diverse items, the service and the general quality of the food can depend from location to location. This experience, unfortunately, was the case with my most recent experience.
I came here for a lunch during my most recent visit to Asbury Park, and while it was quiet, the quiet experience could be made up for just how mediocre the general food and service was. While my Big Fish Meal was okay and the food was hot, they added too much tartar sauce to the sandwich and did not properly salt the fries, leaving my experience partially bland and lacking flair. Additionally, my cookies were cold by the time I got around to eating them.
The service aspect also baffled me as I came into the restaurant seeing the Coke Freestyle Maxhine under maintenance, this experience really left me concerned and impacted my lunch adversely.

Not sure how Burger King is still in business. The chicken fries were garbage. The junior whopper fell apart and the royal crispy chicken sandwich was just ok. The bbq sauce sucked and honey mustard was ok. Feels like the whole brand needs a major revamping.

I ordered breakfast on the app to try the cini-mini’s that returned. When I got to the restaurant at 8am there was not one person working in the restaurant. The hours on the building listed they were open at 6am. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
