One of my absolute favorite places to eat in Bismarck. The shroom is my go to, but all the pizzas I’ve tried are amazing. The staff has always been super friendly and I love the atmosphere. They are always playing good tunes and it’s a great place to just have a bite and chill out.

The pizza was drop-dead delicious, with a soft but crunchy crust, and the salad was crisp and tasty. I loved the style here. The water in a wine glass and the interior building was very nice. Waitress reminded me of a classmate I had a while back, she was very kind and friendly to us. I liked that we could see the pizzas being cooked in front of us. Felt like home when my dad used to cook homemade pizzas in his oven. Great pizza!
Loved it here, thanks for this!!

The food was incredible! I love trying new takes on pizza and this place did not disappoint. They were a little slow for only ordering one pizza, but I was in no hurry.

The pizza with egg on it was my favorite. The pizzas are in a standard italian style and more flavorful than a standard American pizza. I was a huge fan of the tenderloin pizza (the onewith egg) . The coffee, from my experience and from what my friends has the standard coffee taste to it if you’re into that. The environment is pretty friendly and the gelato is alright too. Overall, a nice little small business addition to the Bismarck area.
If you don’t get coffee and gelato, standard pricing would put you around $24 after a tip.

Such good pizza, brought me back to Italy it was so delicious, the crust was perfect, a little chewy, wood fired, thin, we had the peppy which was a perfect pepperoni with a terrific sauce & lots of pepperoni that curled so nice in the wood stove. We also had the Shroom which was so delightful, mushrooms galore, I believe bacon?!? & Some kinda pepper not hot, but not bell, different cheeses, sorry I shouldn’t of tried to describe it except to say it was melt in your mouth delicious.

I was underwhelmed, honestly. If you don’t mind a little burnt crust and a soggy center to your pizza, this might be the place for you. There’s not many options on their menu. Didn’t seem worth the price for the size of pizza I got. Service was alright. They didn’t give me silverware and I sat with greasy fingers for a while before I finally got some napkins. Not sure if I’d recommend but it’s also not terrible if you’re craving a fire cooked pizza.

Fireflour is the hands down the best pizza place in North Dakota, and one of the best pizza places in America (and I’ve eaten pizza in California, new York, and Chicago)! I can’t get enough of the Daisy pizza (Margherita pizza).
I’ve been eating here almost every other day since December , a habit I plan to continue for the foreseeable future!
The staff are kind and friendly ! And the service is very efficient!

After spending two weeks in Italy and eating all the best pizzas that Italians can offer this was the first place I came after I stepped out of the plane. The pizza is fantastic. The dough they use is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The quality of ingredients is unparalleled to anything in the area. Service is always great and people that work here truly do everything with love. True hidden gem of Bismarck. Very grateful for this place. Thank you for all the hard work you doing!

You know the story, local owned, unique restaurants make the best food? Fireflour puts proof to that. Wood fired in a traditional pizza oven, made fresh and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and quality. Very thin crust that has just the perfect amount of chew and yet has those delicious char spots a true wood fired pizza should!
Top notch pizza, and don’t forget the gelato!! I Love blood orange and finding that in a gelato was an extra treat.
Check em out, I know I’ll be back any time I am in Bismarck!

Passing through and read on Google and trip advisor that this is one of the best pizza places in the area. Well the pies that we had was very delicious. Nice and crispy. The service was outstanding. Their ovens are around 900°F. Their pizzas are 12 inches Neapolitan style. They make their dough from scratch daily fermenting at least 48 hours
