Best service hands down in any waffle house being from ga i know how waffle house should run!!! This place has blown my mind with happy faces smiling asking you what can they help you with and our waitress to the cook tonight,on December 17th 2025!!! It’s 50/50 if you come here and actually get what you ordered. My eggs are never cooked correctly. ALWAYS UNDERCOOKED. You would think to be able to work at a breakfast place you would know the basics of how to cook eggs. Hashbrowns, no.. shredded potatoes, that kissed the grill. It’s absolutely ridiculous when you pay close to $15 per person and you only can eat 10% of your food. This place was good at one point. Lazy.

I ordered the All star with coffee. I asked for dark waffle, over medium well eggs, crisp bacon and hashbrowns scattered smothered and covered… I got a light waffle, over light eggs, undercooked limp bacon in a pool of grease and my hashbrowns were overcooked on one side and not cooked at all on the other with burnt onions. The server was sweet but the food was Awful! I went to the other Northport location to start with and sat down to a film on the lowbar so I tried to wipe it with a napkin and whatever was on the bar was a black residue . So I left and went to the location in front of lowes in northport where apparently the cook needs to be retrained.

It is funny with all the overpriced restaurants popping up in T-Town that the Waffle House still rules supreme. I don’t get to visit often, but when I do it is just awesome. Zoey was my waitress most recently and the other server (red hair) was equally competent and very witty. They took care of each other and the customers. Teamwork! Food was amazing. I think Waffle House cooks have a direct line to Heaven cause God wants those hash browns on the daily. Nothing like them anywhere!

Food was delicious. I worked there about 3 years ago and have never tried the biscuits and gravy. I was not disappointed. I could had traded back the rest and had some more. And the Hashbrowns never disappoint, smothered, covered, chunked and topped. Had the Pecan-Peanutbutter waffle, oh so good. Bit crazy in there preparing for shift change, but the food was great.
