Ordered take out and the bottom of my bag was soaked. They didn’t drain the black beans at all, the rice is stale VERY STALE. meet it over cooked, i asked for extra pico and idk if they were trying to be funny but they basically dumped a whole bowl of it in there, food is cold, like no sign of heat at all. My bowl is a cold sopping mess and im not happy. For how much i had to pay , is ridiculous.
I’d very much like to talk to somebody about this and get is addressed without having to drive back to the location.
I’ve wrote a complaint and a review.
Still nothing.
Edit: I’ve already submitted a complaint through the link. Still nothing. I’ve sent in a couple now. That link is to make them look better but they don’t actually care

The food was light for double rice and extra steak. Also bit into a chicken bone on the other bowl this is unacceptable and I can’t even go through pepper anymore because stuff like this happens all of the time.

So disappointed. This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered Take Out from this specific Chipotle and we easily had an 8oz scoop of rice and a 1-2 oz scoop of everything else. Over a $100 to be served rice is crazy. We own a catering company and know what portions look like and these guys are definitely not serving the Chipotle brand serving sizes. Very disappointing – won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Why can’t we talk to a real person? The family loves Chipotle and we stay pretty busy so have ordered out twice this week. First time? Half full bowls….
Second time? No tortillas for our daughter’s taco meal….
And to top it all off, no way to call and get things addressed, you have to physically go back to the restaurant. Dumb.
The service here is incredibly inconsistent, and the little robot that says contact us is pointless.
It’s be great to be able to call and talk to somebody to get this addressed.

Truly was disappointed. I go in during the lunch break and everything always seemed organized and ran properly. I got in during dinner at 5:00-5:30 you know right when the rush hits and they were out of everything and had to wait 10 minutes for stuff to be cooked. Employees standing around doing nothing. Very unorganized. You would think for a dinner rush you’d be ready with a second serving ready for when you run out. Happens every-time I go in for dinner. Poor management at night maybe?

Kitchen is filthy, serving stations were not clean, out of several toppings, employee dropped the bean spoon and pinned it with her waist to the counter… then picked it up and proceeded to stir the beans. No receipts– and the cashier couldn’t get rewards to scan, so who knows what I got charged for, out of forks, tables were messy. For a corporate company that preaches cleanliness, this location doesnt uphold that standard.

I am very disappointed of this Chipotle, located at Pine Lake Rd. I ordered online on April 3, 2024, a burrito bowl and guacamole, and I got some hard, disgusting pieces of something weird for guacamole. I guess they were old avocados? I don’t know. How is it possible that someone has served this to eat? I contacted customer service about this and today, 3 months later they never contacted me. My husband got angry with me and told me that I’m an idiot person for paying for such expensive guacamole that I can make myself at home. I’ve also read reviews of people complaining about the small portion size, I agree, I’ve had that issue in the past too.
I used to love Chipotle because it is one of the “healthiest” fast food options, but in my opinion of all the fast food restaurants Chipotle has the worst quality control. I’m very disappointed.

Food was good. They were out of food items. Some items were not fresh and dried out. most tables were dirty. Trash overflow. Countertop very dirty out of some drinks.

This is the dirties Chipotle I have even seen. We got there shortly after7, way after rush hour. There was only one table occupied by other customers. The counter was filthy, food spilled all over, that had been accumulating between the different food containers for probably hours. Of the 3-4 employees visible, no one was trying to keep the counter clean. There was a sign on the door to warn the customers that they were out of two ingredients, but it turns out there were at least 1 or 2 more that they run out and they were not even trying to prep to serve to the customers. When we paid for our food, we found that all the tables but a couple of the smaller ones were very dirty. Again, as for the ordering counter, no one of the employee was trying to keep the place and tables clean. Even worst, there was a lot of cross contamination between the different food items displayed on their counter, including a lot of sour cream floating on top of one of their salsas. I watched how they were even spilling food while building our burritos, with food falling everywhere and not a care in the world from the employees. I finally got to the table and one of the burrito hadn’t been closed well, with a bunch of saggy stuff (I could not understand what it was) that had spilled all over our food. I had a burrido bowl that stayed closed, but inside it was more like a soup. I think they had put beans but without draining any of the water. This place is disgusting. Their employees need some serious re-training on the basics of food safety, food handling, hygiene and the basics of burrito making.

Nothing against the workers at the location. Someone from the back, came up and asked my name for pick up, and brought my food out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, after the 5 minute drive, the food was ice cold. Tried making a complaint on the chipotle website, but they were no help.
