This is hands down my FAVORITE Dunkin. Shout out to Kass who is always friendly!! All the employees are so friendly and know my drink and always make me feel special when i come. They always make my iced coffee perfect!! They have a great team there. Keep up the great work! I feel like these days people forget good customer service but not at this location. They are top notch!!

I went in this morning to get my coffee and some breakfast. I don’t know the name of the person who made my coffee, but I knew right off it wasn’t correct. I go into this location every week and am always greeted with the utmost respect and I have always been very happy here. When I mentioned it didn’t look right (I should have taken pictures) she got very defensive. I asked her to please make it again because it looked like they put cream (which I cannot drink) instead of milk. She made another, slammed it down on the counter and never said a word to me. It was clearly a different color than the original. However, there was no sugar in the coffee. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was intentionally left off. I understand mistakes happen, but own up to it and offer to make it again. Not sure if I will be coming back here.

The wife and I recently made the switch from the other coffee chain and I am so glad we did. I like my coffee black with some creme, but do like to occasionally try the seasonal drinks. This is my 3rd visit and time and time again my drinks come out TASTING EXACTLY how I want them to come out. I appreciate the consistency. There is a particular barista, named April here that makes my drinks come out TASTING phenomenal. She knows her stuff. The wife and I came today to try the Pumpkin Spice Latte and it did NOT disappoint. Great job DD for awesome customer service, great drinks and an overall great experience.

oh god dude if i could rate any lower i would because iv been a barista for 3 years and iv never seen customer service like this in my life what the heck. i came in afternoon time when the dunking had very little people and wasn’t busy at all and was getting coffees with a friend for our coworkers team. no more then four coffees. immediately the lady taking the order was so rude and sassy, took minutes to put in each drink and was so fed up with us for ordering as if it wasn’t her job and were paying for it . i mean this girl literally said “yeah sure” when we said it was the last one. me and my friend tried to laugh along and apologize the whole order for ordering some damn drinks and bagel bites. it was so insane how rude she was taking the order. i proceeded to not tip at the window because of how uncomfortable we felt during this experience and these girls gawked right in front of us at the window like they’re surprised. probably why we didn’t get cold foam and the right milk in some of the drinks. horrible experience and iv been here before dude. both girls i didn’t get the name but both were blond with lashes. they ever were rude when asking if we have any straws oh my god

I ordered 3 bagels, a coffee and 2 orange juices. Received my food, they had given me a croissant instead of a sandwich bagel, and forgot my 3rd bagel. Went back they gave me the 3rd bagel cold without cream cheese in a bag and forgot my coffee. The place is not even busy, but maybe just disorganized. The people working there are all over the place. The place is nice and looks decently good but the service is suspect. Check your bags and make sure you have a receipt. As I was leaving I heard them say she changed it afterwards. How do you change what you’ve already paid for? I’m skipping this place.

I went into the drive thru today and i just have to say the girl at the drive thru had the best customer service, i was extremely tired this morning and she was smiling bright and early with a positive attitude and even had a conversation with me. they got my order out fast and easy i will definitely be coming back! amazing way to start your morning

Chelsea Torres is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit Dunkin’, she brings such a positive and friendly energy that instantly brightens my day. She’s always smiling, super polite, and goes above and beyond to make sure every order is perfect. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. My coffee and food are always just right when she’s there, and she makes even a quick stop feel like a great experience. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her — Chelsea deserves all the recognition for her hard work and awesome attitude!

I bought a half dozen “glazed” donuts. There was maybe enough glaze on all six for two donuts. I’m not someone who likes my donuts excessively glazed, but it was ridiculous. It wasn’t one or two like that, it was all six. It looked more like a drizzle than a glaze. I should have checked before we were ten minutes down the highway. On a positive note, the young lady working at the register was very polite and friendly.

This place is the worst. It’s full of nothing but kids flirting and playing around. There are some team members there that seem helpful but just busy such as I believe the manager with longer hair and another male employee who were there, however there is one young girl who has an underbite ( I say this not to be rude simply as an identifier), who is the worst. All she is doing there is playing, laughing saying bruh noooo and all sorts of silly things which is just not the place for at work. My sandwich was burnt literally black which how because we know it’s just being popped in a warmer??? I used their kiosk and selected the meal which comes with hash browns but then was told oh no you didn’t pay for them or select them which I very much so did select because it specifically makes you select them. I Just avoid this place because it is genuinely void of joy.

First off, the general manager Amanda of this Dunkin has to be a joke. The blatant disrespect of her workers is appalling, especially having the nerve to scream and yell at them in front of customers, and even worse, having the nerve to scream AT customers, I witnessed a customer having an issue with a refund, and she said “it’s not my problem I can’t issue a refund” whilst yelling at the customer. Screaming at customers and coworkers is completely unacceptable considering customers are how she makes money, and her coworkers are how she gets the job done. I feel bad for anyone who works under her, and I strongly feel that higher management needs to take a deep look into this store. I am not the only one who thinks this, after witnessing Amanda yell at the customer and then her staff, a couple other customers in the lobby looked extremely uncomfortable and some even walked out.
