This will be my one and only 5 star rating.
My son gets off from school at 1:15 p.m. and my daughter doesn’t get off until 2:50. While my daughter gets off from school my song and I head to Starbucks to grab something to snack on, while we wait for his sister to come out. I try leaving a tip for the inconvenience, but usually we sit on the corner and don’t really bother anyone. Anyway the point of this review is that I was there early before my daughter got off from school. I bought a snack and just got my water on the side. Once it was time to head out to pick up my daughter. She said told me she was thirsty. So we stopped by Starbucks and Erik told me, “I had to be a paying customer” So, I decided not to say much and thank him. We left (without the water) and that clicked on me that I was spending almost $300 in the span of 5 months. + tip included. I think I’ll just stay away from Starbucks in the meantime, and appreciate the hospitality from the environment.

I absolutely love Starbucks. Go to the same one six days a week, after my doctor’s appointment, psychiatry to myself for having to go to the doctor every day. The staff is awesome and they already know what I want when I get there. The staff before them especially the former manager Rebecca she was stuck up and mean. On more than one occasion she would tell me that she had to hold what I was planning to buy while I was eating “in case I wanted to steal it”
I eventually got sick of it. So I called their corporate office I wouldn’t she know what they believed me!
The next day I went and there was a new manager I asked him what happened to her and he said she was no longer with the team. I noticed along with her they let four other people go. The atmosphere is much better now and happier the new manager is awesome he’s young but awesome! There was actually a man that was going to steal right in front of us. He was very polite about it but didn’t ask a gentleman to put item back. He actually did not draw any negative attention or embarrassment at all I found that quite impressive.!

I was very disappointed with the service today. I only asked politely for a cup of water, but the staff refused without any explanation or courtesy. I understand store policies, but basic kindness and customer service should still apply. This experience left a very bad impression.

The worst starbucks in San Diego. I went in to make a purchase at first but really needed to use the restroom so I asked for the passcode and they wanted me to make a purchase first. I decided to not buy anything because of that. Thr Starbucks in Alpine is way better. Will not be returning to this store again. Thr workers here suck.

Terrible experience helped by Adell, that’s the name the manager gave me. Notified staff of a dairy allergy asked for oat milk & they gave me normal milk. Is the new cute note supposed to make up for my ill health for the rest of the day? Well played Starbucks

Her Smile brightened my morning… this will be my new stop on my way to work… p.s.
