Came to Bath to see Chesney Hawkes last night and was looking for something to eat before the drive home to Wales. All I could see were fast food places so I searched Google Maps for food nearby and found this amazing place.
Absolutely beautiful food and staff are friendly and courteous. Prices are good, especially for a City Centre.
The tables are pretty close to each other but not too close that it feels cramped.
I had the Hot and Spicy Udon with crispy duck. Chinese tea to drink. I highly recommend the both.
Also took a can of Chinese pop home to try!

Highly recommended!
A great authentic delicious tasting noodle spot. It’s got your street food / Hawker stall vibes and it’s straight to the point. No trendy furniture, just a quaint place to eat delicious noodles.
The service was quick, even for a group of 6. Barely had to wait 10 mins when our food arrived. It’s affordable and worth a visit for lunch or dinner. I ordered the dumplings and udon with ribs and it was awesome. The toilets are also very clean.

If you’re craving truly delicious, authentic noodles in a bowl in Bath, this place delivers. The food is the star here—fresh, flavorful, and prepared with real care. Service is quick without feeling rushed, and the seating is simple, comfortable, and perfect for settling in with a steaming bowl of noodles. A great spot for anyone who just wants excellent food done right.

This is hands down the best crispy duck I’ve ever had in my life, it is a dish I can have on a regular basis especially with their chili noodles. We also had the crispy duck with white rice (spicy) and we’d say the same on how incredibly delicious that was too. We also enjoyed the hustling bustling environment of the joint which played on simplicity and authenticity (it is a cash only method of payment here). I would go here on a heartbeat if I lived in the UK.

Simply outstanding hot and sour wheat noodle soup (£13) with the best crispy duck I have ever had in my life. No frills. Just tables and great authentic Chinese food.
Many reviews state this place is “cash only”. Not true! The server asked me to pay in cash. But I only had card. She immediately whipped out a credit card machine & I tapped to pay … PLEASE read between the lines about why a business would do this, but I don’t hold it against them. Gotta make a living!

Pretty good noodle house with wife selection of noodle dishes. Good service and generous portion, atmosphere not great but it’s a “eat-and-go” place! By the way, it’s a cash only place! It’s about £15 per dish, way more expensive compare to Australia, but Norma price in Europe!

Quite busy on weekends. Probably really popular because the food was GREAT! Had the beef chongqing xiaoman noodles and it was amazing. The broth was so rich and beautiful and the beef was perfectly cooked and fell apart in your mouth. Paired it with an ice tea and it was so perfect and filling!

Is a good noodle place but not great. They have one or two choice of soup for the noodles and i did not find mine to be very flavourful. The vegetarian option says that it is with “vegetables” but is honestly only soy sprouts and coriander. I also added tofu but it was not the nice crunchy or coated one, rather the silk kind. On the bright side it has portions for sure and great noodles. Overall i was a bit disappointed. Idk if id go back.

this is a review that I really hope the owners of the restaurant will read. This is excellent food. But the “vegetable“ option has very few vegetables in it.
So it is an expensive bowl of plain noodles. Please put many more vegetables inside and then you will be as excellent as you deserve. Thank you

Stewed spare ribs with rice are incredibly delicious and perfectly balanced in terms of taste. The service is also excellent. Keep up the great work!
