Good food, lacks in atmosphere. We had the Kanpai sampler for appetizer, then the Dragon roll and stir fried vegetables with chicken. All very good. Not an easy entrance for the handicapped and the seating was very used looking. Service was ok, but she didn’t refill our drink until we were done. Overall we would likely eat here again.

We had the bento box lunch special and it is really an amazing deal! We ate for $20. We both had the shrimp & veggies. He had Crab Rangoon, and I had California roll as well as two salads and it comes with the drinks. It was all really good besides the California roll which was slightly more fishy than ones I’ve had before and not as flavorful. But over all good.

It was so good we came back!! We had the bento box both times for lunch.. it was the biggest bento box I’ve ever seen. On the 2nd trip back, they had free Rangoon day everything was delicious and service was excellent both times!! Will definitely be back if working in the area again.

Kanpai was our favorite restaurant of all time. The food is still amazing but the service has been so awful lately we won’t be going back. Servers glare at customers and never ask if you need anything. Food comes out so slow – upwards of 30 minutes. Our last order was the completely wrong item and when we told the server he just said “yeah” 4 times then walked away. 10 minutes later came back to ask what it was supposed to be. Took another 25 min for the correct kids meal. Never got the salad we ordered. Still charged for it because the server never came back. Last few times was bad, this time was awful. Will not be coming here again.

I went here for lunch with one other person. The lunch combo option was what I chose. I did pick things that were up charged (e.g. specialty sushi, specialty salad). But everything tasted great and our waitress was fantastic. I will go back. The cost was very reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the takeout was ready in less than 20 min. There’s no sign on the road outside the restaurant so it was easy to miss. The food was pretty good, especially the crab Rangoons and s’mores egg roll. Veggie spring rolls were wrapped in this see through shell which was… a new experience…
