We were there this past summer for a bike race. Everyone was very friendly and the staff was most helpful. The rooms were clean with new carpet and the small sitting area outside our room was well maintained. We dined in the main dining room and had the pasta Alfredo with chicken; we requested broccoli in addition to our chicken. We really appreciated that the portions were offered in three different sizes. It was the most delicious pasta Alfredo we had ever eaten. We still talk about it! We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay!

My recent visit to this restaurant was unacceptable on multiple levels. From the start, the experience was frustrating. I had to send back my salad three times before they finally brought what was actually described on their own menu—and even then, it wasn’t completely correct.
I ordered a burger rare and received it well done, completely missing the mark. To make matters worse, we waited nearly an hour for our food. The kitchen clearly struggles with accuracy and timing, which made what should’ve been a pleasant meal out feel like a long, frustrating ordeal.
While our server remained professional and did her best under the circumstances, the management was another story entirely. When I asked to speak with the manager, he barely spoke, walked away quickly, and never followed up. His dismissive attitude was both unprofessional and cowardly, showing zero regard for guest experience or accountability.
Yes, they removed the charge for the salad, but that’s beside the point. I dine out for good service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere—not a discount on a poorly executed meal.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Dined outside on a beautiful evening for the AYCE Fish Fryday. Food was hot and timely, server seemed new but did a decent job.

A large open space inside the dining area and outside dining deck. The waitress was friendly. The service was very slow even though there were only a handful of diners. We were a party of 5 adults and 4 children. The food was tasty enough, but there was nothing to write home about. Portions seemed a bit small, but the prices are very reasonable.

Hours could be better, but a solid spot when you’re visiting Alpine Lake resort. They have a decent list of specials during the week. Very quaint to visit and especially convenient not having to leave the resort grounds.

We have been here and to the Lakers Lounge many times- the service is always great, even when they are swamped and busier than they have staff for, everything is fast, hot, and the servers are so kind. The prices and quality of the food are always consistent, and very good! We went to a few places nearby and over to deep creek and it was our best meal by far!

This was a spontaneous dinner. We found ourselves there and there was a lot going on. They had a tournament happening in part of the lounge so the staff was spread pretty thin. Our drinks went empty and it took awhile for our food to come out.

Atmosphere is nice that’s about it. To begin the server didn’t know the soup of the day and made no effort to figure it out. When asked what the server recommended his response was “dessert” he didn’t make any food recommendations. Food took over 30 mins to come out. Food was cold, my “sizzling skillet” was able to be handled with a bare hand. Serving size was very small… again my skillet had maybe 3/4 of a chicken breast. Then once the check was brought out, the server never returned my card. Which made me walk around trying to find someone who could track down my card. Overall poor service poor food small portion decent atmosphere

A worthwhile restaurant in a location that needs one. The hosts and staff are delightful and quick. The food is delicious, way better than one would expect. They usually have a special in case you are unsure of what to get. (Family pizza night are on Thursday by the way).
They have a large seating area, including a balcony which has a great view of the lake and mountains.
They have take out as well as dine in options for those nights you need something to take to your cabin.

The food was great! We got the steak with broccoli and fries and every tasted very good. The service was friendly. Next time I hope we can get a table on outside to enjoy the pretty view of the lake.
