This place is a hidden gem! It was a bit of an adventure to find the entrance — it’s on the far right end of the Palace Spa building, go up the stairs.
The family that runs this place has serious heart. The care they took to explain different menu items, the cleanliness of the cozy dining area, and the high quality of the food and plating made for a delightful late Saturday lunch. I’m attaching photos of 2 dishes my wife and I ordered, we also ordered the beef & pork dumplings which we gobbled up (with sour cream, of course). Excellent value and absolutely pleasant surprise to find such lovely people running such a lovely restaurant! We don’t get out to Federal Way too often, but now we’ve got a great reason to go back. Please do yourself a favor and grab a meal here soon.

Comfortable seating and beautiful decor. The shawarma was the best of many I have had all over the world. Soups were delicious and accompanied by bread. Portions are generous. It is a trick to find up the stairs. Trust Google Maps that you are in the right place, and look up!

It’s like an Eastern European vacation in a meal! The chef is like a nice grandma who just wants you to eat well and eat more of everything lol, and we cleaned our plates cuz everything was delicious.
The beef and lamb dumplings tasted freshly home made with thin wrapper and juicy meat fillings inside. The spicy tomato dipping sauce is the bomb, so good that I wanted to buy a jar to go. I was craving lamb potato soup from Iceland and found this gem. The soup was not exactly like Icelandic ones but very unique and tasty with lots of sour cream.
They are so hospitable and clean, it’s like you got invited into an east European home.
The only thing goes against this place is that it’s a little hidden – outside staircase to 2nd floor right next to the Korean Spa. We will definitely come back.

Enjoyed the Mackerel liked the BBQ smoke flavor. I also had chicken wings that were cooked well crispy and moist on the inside. I enjoyed the food and will visit again. I received a complementary Macron for Valentine’s Day with my purchases. I liked the fermented bread soft drink reminds me of a Malta.
