I go here once a week, the service is friendly. The food area is messy. They’re in need of more help. Sometimes, most time they’re low on food on the line, which they have pull from prep areas. I suggest that they designate employees in areas in which they can manage. Everyone is fixing, cashiering, taking online orders. No one is paying any attention to cleanliness food is everywhere. Hire more help pls!

This location was cool. We brought our children in for a quick bite to eat, which they enjoyed. Big thanks to Mr. Harold, who helped us. He was kind and friendly, he took the time to explain the menu to us and made us feel welcome. The kids loved the way he made their taco. We will definitely visit this location again next time we are in the area because of this.

The freshness and excellent taste of the food definitely stands out. I got the monster bowl and my dad got a burrito with chips and queso. The food was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go back for another bowl. I also went another time and tried the a regular sized bowl vegetarian bowl and it was delicious. The employees are soooo nice!

My steak bowl was alright. The steak were chopped too small to really notice if it was good steak. Didn’t have as much meat as the brisket bowl our boys had.
The brisket bowl was loaded up. Not sure if that is normal but my teenage boys loved them.
Good amount of brisket, rice, and corn to hit the spot.
Got in and out in under 10 for take out for late lunch.

Do dashers in the area always prone to stealing food they deliver? I just got my food stolen and the app says delivered. No one at the free birds store answers the phone. This is like the 8th time I’ve gotten my food stolen in the sugarland area. What is going on!!!
