Usually I never have a problem with customer service here since the new management, until a couple of nights ago. Me and my friends were ordering and we finished our order and the girl taking the order said “is that all” and I responded “that’s it” to which she said “i said is that all but ok” very rudely. This was confusing considering that me and my friends all found my response to be appropriate. We got to the window and saw the girl she was a white blonde younger girl, rounder face and was walking around with the headset on. We also saw her stick her tongue out at her male coworker ( black male with shorter locs) in a sexual manner. Make sure if you hire people they know what the job description is and you can’t be rude for a job you applied for. Never have had a bad experience but this put a bad taste in my mouth.

After ordering a birthday cake online for my great niece for $28.99, not only was the cake not ready on time, but the store manager decided to let her mother know that there was a price increase when it was time to pick up the cake that was BEFORE the date that I ordered the cake online
Now, if there was a price increase, shouldn’t it have reflected on the price of the cake that I ordered? Or at least HONOR the price I was quoted. However, they refused to honor the price of the cake from my confirmation email and then they gave her a cake from the freezer that was not prepared to the specifications that I requested a full HOUR later than the pick up time
The manager acted like she was in such a hurry, and she didn’t have time or patience to deal with the issue or to even discuss it. The Service members behind the counter, didn’t want to bother with the issue either and and it showed in the way that they decorated the cake.
I have to say that if it wasn’t already my niece’s birthday and she wasn’t already looking forward to this ice cream cake I would have gone anywhere else to get her a cake and made sure I never went back to this Dairy Queen again!!!!!

Does this look like a cheese burger, no pickle? They were not busy. But it took 20 min to get my food. I already had to walk back in because I didn’t get my fry. The kitchen crew was moving in slow motion. Do better people.

Waited an hour in the drive thru not a problem as they were busy. Get to the window my husbands milkshake didn’t have whipped cream was handed a cup of whipped cream when I handed the milkshake back. My blizzard was melted they didn’t even flip it the manger told the woman working the drive thru it was fine so she just got napkins and started wiping the melted blizzard of the side of the cup with her bare hands.

I went through today and grabbed a stack cheese burger, (I think that’s what it’s called) all the way except onion and an order of onion rings with a large blizzard. I got to my parents and went to eat, it was really good and still warm. It’s been great each time I’ve been there for probably a year or so. The food has been consistent and great; and the employees have been so nice and friendly. I love swinging by when I want to grab something quick and good.

Just ordered and got to the park to sit and eat. Both mine and my Girls milkshakes were delicious but the thing that stood out the most was our burgers not only were they wonderful but the appearance shocked me. It literally looked like you see them on the commercial and drive through signs. The double bacon ranch burger and original double cheeseburger. Wonderful service. Your company is getting better with your FAN FOOD

The middle age white female open the window, handed me the blizzard, took my Visa card and shut the window just and she opened it. With a frown on her face like she was ticked off! So I set there a minute and she opened the window the same way and looked at me.. Nicely I asked do y’all not still have the senior sprite anymore? BECAUSE I ordered one but she wasn’t the one that took my order. SHE said sarcastically ..Yes.. it wasn’t on the board ! All you have to do is ask!! Rudely!!!
All I could do was drive off to keep from telling her what I think about her CS.. she wasn’t friendly last Friday!! I spend $15 every Friday after school there but I told my grandson that we would be going somewhere else!! It’s not a lot of money but every little bit adds up!! Word of mouth is worth more than $60 a month!!
I don’t know who owns this franchise but I hope it’s the person reading w!! I would want to know!!!

The customer service here is nothing I’ve dealt with at any other store before. I came in to pick up an order yet was ignored heavily when just asking for an update on the order. After some waiting, I finally got my order I needed yet accidentally drop the cup holder with blizzards in them and a few other little things. A group of employees behind the counter see me drop the blizzards yet stand there laughing and staring obviously at me, not doing anything to help me. An actual customer inside the store had to come up and helped me when I was shown ZERO customer service skills by the actual employees. If this how your employees treat customers, it’s heavily showing a negative image upon this Dairy Queen to where I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming up here unless you want to be disrespected.
