Horrible wait time on takeout or gig food service, expect an hour longer wait than quoted, only persons doing good was front lineman & a cook, folks waiting over an hour for their take-out….very upset ppl.

Time is 8:00pm. Close time is 10:00pm. Store decides to put 3 workers on their lunch break 2 hours before closing while the line continues to get longer and longer. Employees are young, slow, on their phones and drag their feet on everything. Food is typical for a standard Chipotle and atmosphere is average as well. If the food was above standard I could ignore the carefree and unmotivated employees. Im not asking for staff to smile and be happy, only asking that they at least PRETEND TO TRY to complete orders and get people out of the door. Won’t be back, which I know they would celebrate one less customer.

Only knocking down the rating due to the wait for pre-ordered food. It’s super busy with it being new so I’m sure the wait time will improve.

The food though was exceptional, possibly one of the best chipotles I’ve had.

The team were really nice and friendly, which considering how busy it was is impressive.

Give it a go, it’s great fresh food with nice staff, just be patient with it being new.

Food was great, order was correct and it was ready within fifteen minutes (it was a Monday night around 7). We never try a restaurant when it first opens. Give them time to work out the issues. We will be back!

So, I wasn’t to write a review just because I was annoyed…I want to inform people of what to expect so here are my experiences. First time I went, they had no chicken and no white rice so we waited 20 minutes for both of those. Got our food and it was fine. Next time was an online order to pick up on the way to work and I wait in the chipotlane for 25 minutes, get to my office and my bowl only had beans and rice. Not the double chicken and salsas that I was supposed to recieve. I called and got reimbursed so whatever. Next time I order online again on the way to work. I figured they wouldn’t get it wrong twice, but again I was missing several items. Guess what, I am currently sitting in the drive through line and it has been 15 minutes…clearly something isnt working at this location, so there should be an assessment done to figure out what to change. I like having a chipotle finally in georgetown but I am disappointed more than excited. I hope you guys can fix these issues.

The O’l Charley burial ground must be haunted. Not a great first experince at this location. As seen in my e-mail confirmation, I ordered a steak quesadilla and carne asada taco. I received two bowls instead which were 95% rice. I’m only giving two stars on food and service instead of 1 star because the food was actually ready by the pick up time given to me, and I actually got my chips and queso. I’ll stick to Qudoba from now on given that so many other people have had issues and the issues haven’t been resolved. Plus Qudoba has more options food options and they’ve never messed up a single order for me. I can’t speak for others.

I was gonna leave a one star review but instead I decided that I was gonna post how I feel so here it goes …

The Manager working on the line today, Had politely asked the grill person for steak because I had asked him how long would that take? The manager working on the line handled the situation well, he stood his ground when everyone was standing against him, as a manager that is the last feeling anyone should ever have to feel.

This manager, he stays busy, he helps his crew with things when they ask them to, he’s always moving around busy, doing stuff. I’m proud of him for as young as he looks he has very professional experience, He always comes to our table, and he checks on the taste of our food and always asks us if we’ve had the best service! And that means the most to us, we come in here 4 times a week just because he is here, he’s great and he has great leadership and customer experience someone needs to thank this man, we will be getting his name and we will contact corporate and let them know to never let this one go, he was under a lot of pressure you could just tell, his jobs stressful be nice to him!

Also, learn how to conduct the heavy guy in the Manager shirt he shouldn’t have been laughing and making jokes to the manager working the line with a crew shirt on I’m assuming he’s a service manager because he got onto the manager in the kitchen and said please don’t laugh and make it worse. It’s sad he doesn’t have a manager shirt on when the ones that have them on act immature within their title. That’s greed.

Great location, just don’t like to see grill cooks being hostile with their boss. Regardless of title you respect him as he was doing to you!

Also, that manager, Is the reason why I put 5 star review!!

I know they just opened, but last night was not a great experience. I ordered on the app and waited close to an hour, most of which was spent trapped in the drive thru pickup line. I still didn’t get everything I ordered either. They were nice about it at least.
