The burger is great! The fries are also great! We came when there was literally no one here. The teas great too, if you’re more of a fish person though I would definitely recommend the fried flounder. Hush puppy’s are great and the fried shrimp is also delicious! The view is also amazing to look at and visible from every seat in the whole restaurant. The staff was also amazing!!! We had a sweet lady named Faith! The service was accessional ! I would 100% come back!

I give credit where credit is due. Their food was top tier chefs kiss. We ate there for lunch and had the crab dip, blackened Tuna and Calamari. Absolutely delicious. Later for dinner we went to a very fancy restaurant I had been really wanting to go to and it was definitely not as good in comparison to here. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely eat here again. Compliments to the chef.

The she-crab soup is great as are the sweet and spicy shrimp. Some of the food is a little pricey, but great quality and phenomenal views of the marina. Servers were attentive and friendly. My first time here but definitely not my last!

Its November so I was excited to get some fresh oysters! This location has good ratings comparable to other seafood in the area. The vibes are immaculate, its tucked deep into east beach’s housing development. I was a little sad outdoor seating wasn’t available, but there are large picture windows overlooking the marina in the main dining room. Customers skew older, and family/friend get togethers. Service wasn’t bad, we liked our waitress, both got mojitos which were strong but not overwhelmingly so. Hubby got steak, cooked to an excellent medium, good texture and flavor. His mashed potatoes were amazing! Thick and creamy and flavorful! We both got side house salads and they were ok. I got the house dressing, which they say is made in house, it was very tart. I got the penne pasta with red sauce and added on scallops. The sauce was basic and there was a lot of it. I didn’t finish it, but they had excellent buttered toast on top. The scallops had some grit in them, I ordered them broiled and they seemed boiled, no texture, just kind of thawed on a tray and sprinkled with seasoning. The oysters were good, from eastern shore. The shells were mucky, and it got all over my hands. I had to be careful not to get it in my food. Entire meal was more than $100 for 2 people. It was ok, just a little more care would have been appreciated. Better sauce, more care shown to the scallops, clean the oyster shells. I recommended this place to my mother because they have award winning she-crab soup, which is one of her favorite dishes, but I’m not rushing back here any time soon.

Saturday was my 1st visit to this location’s Surf Rider and it’s my new favorite! I literally had a PERFECT DINING EXPERIENCE! From seating, service, food quality, food taste, and my “without asking” TO GO tea refill!!! I love a WEDGE SALAD and this one was crispy fresh with some of the smoothest blue cheese I’ve had lately, The award winning SHE CRAB SOUP was on-point with lumps of crab. The BROILED SEAFOOD PLATTER with perfectly prepared scallops, Old Bay crab cake, flounder & shrimp (DELICIOUS!!!) and my classic favorite, the STEAMED SHRIMP & LUMP CRAB sprinkled in Old Bay seasoning with warm melted butter & some of the best cocktail sauce was AWESOME!!!

I should NOT have resisted the HOMEMADE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE because I regretted not getting it TO-GO when I was watching TV later that night during the thunderstorm…

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Patio seating & beautiful marina view!

A delicious family meal out. Arrived on a yachting race day so parking was valet only (complimentary, tips of course appreciated) as a result of the lot being shared with the marina. Absolutely no problem with that but mentioned as some folks are nervous about valet parking so might be worth a check if you fall into that camp. Also seemed like you could sit by the pool (use the pool?) outside although on a warm August evening we opted for the air conditioning. There’s no WiFi but equally it’s the type of place to enjoy the atmosphere, views of the marking and really delicious food. My wife thought the crab cake was spectacular and the calamari equally so. I had a topped cheeseburger which was although lovely, especially with tater tots although no problems with the fries either. Kids gobbled up their food (calamari and a hamburger respectively) and the service was really good throughout: friendly and attentive. Being really picky, the only downside on service was the table clearer who kept appearing and seeming to want to remove each piece of crockery separately at every opportunity and came over to ask (even asking about just one plate that still had some food on it!). I admire the enthusiasm, but it seemed just a little overbearing, as if there was some sort of tableware shortage and the poor kitchen assistant had been sent to recover every item possible as soon as possible! That didn’t take away from the overall experience of this delightful spot, however, that served really lovely food in a great atmosphere (I enjoyed the spacious feel as well – a nice wide aisle rather than cramming the tables in). I can’t comment on the crab cakes personally, but based on my wife’s comments, if that sort of thing is to your taste, then Surf Rider is not to be missed!

5 out of 5. Probably the best seafood I have had. Seriously. They take a lot of pride in their food. From the sauces to the freshness of the food it was all good. The Crab Cake is AMAZING!! Atmosphere was fun with a beautiful view. Highly recommend.

Place wasn’t bad. I had the stuffed flounder, no seasoning on the flounder but the stuffing was outstanding. My wife had crab and shrimp, she liked it, said it was good. We both had broccoli but both were raw. Sent back and received it after we finished our dinner. The tuna bites were very good and the hot crab dip was ok.

Our last trip was t as good. We normally get the crab dip. We ordered the. Crab dip and were informed they were out. They sat someone next to us and they ordered crab dip and they got crab dip.

The air conditioner was broken and it was extremely hot inside the restaurant. It made it uncomfortable to eat inside. Unfortunately the outside seating area was closed. The poor waitress’ clothes were drenched in sweat and I felt so bad for her. The food looked great, but sadly was hard and overcooked. Probably not a place I will go back to.
