Thankful that Burger King was open on Christmas day. My family was hungry and there wasn’t any place to eat so we said let’s find somewhere and we found this Burger King open. The service was great. The food was amazing and it hit the spot. The staff was incredibly friendly and I was sure to thank them for working on Christmas Day and very pleased how quick the service was and how hot and ready the food was it was delicious. It was a pleasant treat for our family and we really loved it we talked about it all the way home. Thank you so much Burger King staff. Friendly professional and polite and you get an A+ in my book. We will definitely return for more great food and amazing service.

Scathing Review: Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Unacceptable
I cannot believe the state of this fast food restaurant’s kids’ play park — it’s downright disgusting and dangerously neglected. The moment you step into the play area, you’re hit with a warm, humid stench of mildew and grease. The air conditioning isn’t working properly, creating a suffocating, sticky environment that practically breeds mold, mildew, and potentially harmful fungi.
The play tunnels and slides are coated in grime, with mold clearly growing in the seams and joints. The smell is foul, the surfaces are slick with grease, and it’s obvious no proper cleaning or sanitizing has been done in ages. The foam flooring is a tripping hazard, with broken and missing pieces throughout, and the remaining tiles are so grease-logged and moldy that I wouldn’t let a child walk barefoot on them, let alone crawl or play.
Even more alarming are the filthy air intakes — visibly packed with grease and dust — and signs of leaking and condensation throughout the area. This isn’t just gross; it’s dangerous. Mold exposure in children can cause respiratory issues, allergic reactions, skin irritation, and long-term health complications. Mold thrives in warm, humid, poorly ventilated environments — exactly the conditions in this playroom.
This facility is a health hazard masquerading as a family-friendly space. If management cares at all about children’s safety, they need to shut this play area down immediately for a full professional cleaning, mold remediation, and HVAC overhaul. Until then, parents: do not let your children set foot in this cesspool.

There is a survey coupon on the back of their receipt. It is honored at most Burger king’s for Wopper meal, Chicken sandwich meal or several breakfasts items at very reduced prices. It was $3.77 for the Whopper meal. Often it is $2 or $3 more. You have to complete the on line survey at their website.

How disgusting it is to be eating your food to find on the bottom of the bun there is mold. I guess you’re staff doesn’t even pay attention or your manager doesn’t make or check the dates on the food items . The quality of food was terrible. The chicken fries were so dehydrated and we didn’t ask for spicy and they just got thrown away . Can’t even call to complain they never answer

I’m not one to complain. But this was my room temperature whopper with a large onion ring…… It took 21 mins from the time I walked in until I got my meal. And almost $13 for this……Chili’s has a better meal for cheaper

Friendly and fast service but they don’t serve spicy chicken nuggets. The cashier said, “yes its false advertisement and you can talk to my manager.” We didn’t mind too much but it shouldn’t be on the menu if it isnt offered.

Service here sucks, Foods always cold. It’s not the burger it used to be and that’s in every location.. In this location Water has been leaking from the AC vents for well over a year. It has mold algae.

**** would like to update my review but apparently once you review a place you cant do it again. I was here about 4 months ago. From then to now wow big changes. Greatings as you walk in and out food brought out to you. Employees cleaning dinning area and asking to remove trash and refill drinks. Looks like they are stepping it up. moving from 3 stars to 4.
I’ve liked burger king since I can remember. The burgers and the service use to be much much better. Today staff was friendly and service was good. Clean but not always. Quality and taste has changed over the years. Seems like no matter which one you go to if it’s after 9 they all look as if they are about to close.

They had a sign that said .99 cents for a whopper meal but when I waited in line for drive thru they said they don’t offer it anymore. I don’t like false advertising SMH.
