I absolutely love coming through this Chipotle. The food is always fresh, the seasoning is great on the chicken and steak. The new queso topping they sell is wonderful, though not fairly portioned when ordering a cup of it to accompany your chips. The only thing lacking here is the customer service. It’s not the friendliest, definitely lacking. It wouldn’t be worth mentioning as long as folks didn’t visibly show their frustration over asking for extra condiments before a bowl or burrito are assembled. It’s happened to frequently with evening staff that it’s worth mentioning. Otherwise, the food is king.

I had a brisket burrito bowl and my wife had the same! I ordered a kids meal for my son that included 2 tacos with a side of beans and rice. The food was good! I did ask the lady to give me some fresh chicken since the chicken on the line that was left over from previous orders looked cold….. I also asked for a spoon and the girl had a 3 min conversation in the back with her co workers waving the spoons around in her hand and I remember thinking “Why not just Bring me the spoon and continue with your convos?” Either than that the food was good. Recommended if your in need of healthy fast food. As a dine in……. It’s a hit or miss!

Number one staff is not very friendly. I asked for a salad bowl and the lady barely wants to put items in the bowl. She put her gloved hand in the lettuce after grabbing the metal container out of the fridge. She’s trying to go so fast just hurrying and tossing food into the bowl. This was the lightest bowl I’ve ever gotten from Chipotle and I’ve been a customer forever. The staff is just rude and not smiling or anything. I can tell they hate their job. Where’s the manager? Please get your staff in order. Customer service goes a long way and let your staff know if they go grabbing items out of the refrigerator don’t use that same hand to transfer food from one container to the next. That’s what the utensils are for correct? This location needs to get on task the other locations are making you look really bad. Ohh and by the way I wanted to add Guacamole but it was discolored. Who does that? I’ve never seen this presentation at chipotle WOW!! The guacamole was brown!

We ordered our food on line and drove by to pick up. We had the burrito bowls. Everything was ok but my husband ordered his with avocado and it was almost black in color!!! I’m sure the servers know better than to serve something like that but did it anyways. Next time I will get off to order and bring it to their attention. Zoom into the picture as it looks like they tried to hide it with lettuce.

Update: Now the customer service is atrocious, asked for lemons given limes. When I went back to get lemons they look old and gross. You know the servers are dumb when they put the forks upside down so all customers can touch them gross . The food was cold, meat was chewy. Management needs retraining.

I used to like this location more, but these days… I don’t know where to go. 8/9/25 I went at 9 pm to get dinner. The counter area is a mess. Food everywhere. I understand you guys are in a rush, but take a moment to get the presentation decent as well. The girl who was doing the to go orders was on her cell phone, with gloves ON! Then she grabs the tortilla to make the burrito! Obviously, she grabs lettuce, and whatever else is ordered with those contaminated gloves on. Do you really have to grab your phone while you’re waiting on food? Those thumbs moved fast. And, she did a sloppy job of putting those burritos together.
The guy who made made my order moved so fast he put chicken in one of the bowls I ordered before I could tell him what I really wanted.He was moving fast as if I was rushing him. That’s how it gets messy.
