The manager of this location at 3720 Mechanicsville Turnpike at 3:40 PM Eastern standard time was on the other side of the line eating her Popeyes chicken wow only inches away from with the lettuce tomatoes, pickles ketchup is being prepared for the customers and she’s the one who actually is passing out the food to the customers on the front line and then informed me that I didn’t have to order there when I brought it to her attention that she’s eating on the line next to the food that’s about to be placed on the items on the burgers that’s about to be served And I was told I didn’t have to shop there anymore because of the fact that I complained I have pictures of her coming back from watching her hands, her food sitting over to the side that says Popeyes chicken and said she loves to be photographed. I think she should be fired from this company and I think the company should contact me to let me know what’s going on with that situation because it’sHell hazard and if this goes on this time if I noticed it think about the other employees or customers that come in there and no one has never said anything about it because it must goes on a regular basis, cause she was real comfortable with. I have pictures of this also.

Every time there’s any sort of miscommunication or misunderstanding at the drive-thru the staff are real quick to start getting an attitude with you. We’re paying these inflated prices for trash food, so being treated badly as well is just crazy. I’m just getting tired of fast food in general this point, but all the ones at this intersection would be avoided if they weren’t so close.

Food is always cold. Has a funny after taste. The food leaves my stomach burning for hours after eating it. Maybe they need to use better oil for cooking. The servers are very rude and not pleasant. I don’t recommend eating at this place.

Well I ordered through the mobile app and I had ordered cookies while I was standing at the corner they were being backed up and the person begging them upset oh my God these are so greasy and disgusting. Every time I order from here they never fail to mess up or short my order . First it was a bacon king and onion rings I ordered but instead got a bacon cheeseburger from the kids menu and cold fries . This time Got a trio and 12pc mozzarella sticks and only got one soggy , sloppy bacon cheeseburger and 5 burnt mozzarella sticks . Idk who ivery is but today your name was on my messed up order .

The food was expensive, and the wait was long. The drinks tasted like bleach, or pledge maybe. They had a strong accrid odor, and were probably toxic. However, the chicken fries were wonderful and the staff kindly.

Ordered through the app from this store. They forgot to include a cheeseburger and literally did not put patties on two whoppers. How do you forget that. The rest of the food was good. I did call the store to let them know about the issue and I think the lady I talked to thought I was lying… I really wish I could make this up.

1 star is generous as I can’t put 0. They mess up your order every time often completely forgetting entire items and what they do actually give you is wrong. Tried to go back in to get them to fix it and had to explain in detail that I need my food remade completely because I paid for something. Man at the counter was m extremely rude to the point of yelling at me asking why they have to remake something when it was wrong.

If I could rate this store a 0 I most definitely would, I mean first off Cleanliness was absolutely horrible employees not wearing gloves people touching different items around the store then touching food, employees coming from bathrooms and not washing hands I mean it’s really disgusting, then the bathroom itself was god awful, I mean it’s like they do not clean or care. I was honestly scared to eat my food that I instantly threw it away because of how bad it is here. Please don’t eat here it’s really not clean.

Ordered at drive thru, got home and order was wrong. The older man named Mr something, told me to go get the wrong order. Went home, got the order and brought it back. In the meantime, my son stopped by with a copy of the receipt and they gave him the order without the old food. I don’t understand why they gave it to him, but not me. I definitely dropped the bag of the old food on the counter and left. Got home. The order was still wrong so I went back again this time with my son. Immediately the gentleman named Mr. something yelled at me and said don’t throw anything at me. I never threw anything at him. Fortunately, a young woman helped us and was very kind and gave us our money back. I will never return to this Burger King again.
