We came in to grab a bite to eat and Jakob Jones was working and he was so fast and polite. He is probably the best thing that has happened to this location. We will definitely be back! And you need to try the Carne Asada with red chimichurri, it tasted fresh and flavorful.

This is a nice clean and new restaurant. I specifically came for the day before Thanksgiving bogo offer. I was about ten minutes early to avoid a big line. I initially ordered chips and queso and a drink and asked about how the bogo worked. She advised app only. So I got out of line downloaded and started the app. After reading more details I learned the offer was in store only and app did not work. I advised the lady and she took my order and saved me from the huge line that had already formed. I make a lot of mistakes and so does everybody. I can accept that. What this employee did, without fanfare or making a big deal about it is fixed the mistake, made the sale and made the customer happy. This a five star for the honest effort. The establishment is clean and new. Self serve fountain so you can fill your drink to go. Nice place, nice people and good food. Thank You.

Id give this place 0 stars if I could because everytime I come here, they want to be so stingy with the food portions. Why am I paying $15 for food portions only fit to feed a infant child? In this economy? Youre actually funny. So best believe when the line worker gave me not even a palm sized amount of meat on top of barley enough rice to even cover the bottom of my bowl, I just walked out. This location specifically is such a joke.

I just got food from here. Had to throw it away. The rice was not cooked even the slightest disgusting! Not to mention my food was a bowl when it was supposed to be a burrito. There’s 23 dollars in the trash because I didn’t want to be that person who complains twice . Service was fine they didn’t seem annoyed when I told them my mobile order was wrong.

By far, the absolute worst customer service out of any place I’ve ever been in all of Las Vegas the to go station. Do not order your food online for pick up horrendous food all over-the-counter stuff everywhere I arrive five minutes after my time to pick up my food no food is ready. The counter girl doesn’t know what’s happening. Says they’re making it the boy that’s making food in the other line says oh we don’t have any at all at all anywhere in the store and then offers me steak goes to make it then puts it all back and starts helping the line so I asked the girl a question. I don’t know I’m new you gotta talk to my manager who comes around the corner looking like he’s barely 17 years old. He did the best he could do. Told me my food would be ready under five minutes 15 minutes later Finally I have my food and I’m leaving so I was supposed to pick my food up at 5:30 at 6 o’clock I’m just now getting to leave and go back home that is crazy to me for us to go order that I put in at 5:10 PM

Chipotle is always a solid place for a meal – the lovely thing is their consistency, and this location is no different! Fast and friendly service with precision in the food handling makes for a nice burrito. It’s also nice they display the calories of all the food and even on the soda machine!

This place was so busy!!!! And the very young staff was still able to great and engage with the guest. Restaurant was a bit messy, but who cares these young adults were working so HARD! The Manager should be extremely proud!

Second review. Its really frustrating when this location is constantly getting my order wrong or when they give me something completely different than what I ordered. In the picture you can see the receipt shows 1 bowl and 1 salad. Yet they didn’t even make a salad at all. The bowl in the picture that does NOT even have a shred of lettuce is the bowl that’s supposed to be the salad with no meat, no cheese and a side of SALAD dressing. I ordered a salad. A salad and they didn’t even put lettuce on top! How? They gave me salad dressing too! So how did they not know salad dressing is supposed to go with salad like I tried ordering?! Did they see 1 bowl and 1 salad and just decided not to make me what I ordered?
First review. It was a bit chaotic at this location. I was trying to park but there were a bunch of people working for DARE who were crowding the parking lot and the entrance. When I was trying to back into a parking spot (the only one) the guys with DARE were standing in the spot. As I was backing up the just moved to the curb and another guy was approaching bthem and walked behind bmr as I was trying to back into the spot. Then he just stood behind my vehicle when I was already halfway hacked in. He clearly wasn’t going to move so I had to find somewhere else to park! They were crowding the entrance and acting roudy so it was awkward walking past them.
When I was inside there was a huge family dining bin and they were letting their baby crawl on the floor where people are trying to pick up online orders. There doesn’t seem to be standards here.

Great food (as usual) great service. 10:40am 6-25-25 – the person at the counter did a great job with my order. There were plenty of fresh options ready – really enjoying the burrito bowl. Parking was fine once you find it. This location is way better than the one near my house unfortunately. I’d rather drive the extra distance for the better service.

Chipotle is always one of my favorite places to go when I’m wanting something fresh, healthy, and fast.
I was greeted by the staff after walking in. The woman behind the counter smiled at me and asked me what I wanted. As usual, I got the veggie salad bowl. She really hooked me up with the extra veggies which was nice because usually when I ask other locations for extra veggies, they are always very stingy and give me only two more strips of onions as they roll their eyes at me… Not here though, she thanked me for coming in as she handed my bowl to the cashier.
My food was tasty, fresh, and really hit the spot. The store was mostly clean, there were a few tables that needed to be wiped down, but the staff looked a little busy filling and taking orders, so that’s to be expected. I definitely recommend this location.
