My food was alright but the service was sub par. The cashier, a young Hispanic girl was extremely unprofessional and was talking to her coworkers when she was supposed to be doing her job. She also overcharged me and was rude and uncooperative when I tried to correct the issue.

Update: 6/3/22
This location clearly needs some hands-on training. I witnessed a horrible interaction between the staff and a customer ending with the displeased customer leaving and multiple staff members “flipping off” that customer… Right In the drive thru window in full view of the other customers waiting.
During this same visit I sat in the same line for over 25min. My food did not warrant even eating it had sat so long. I am appalled that Arby’s management continues to let this location exist like this. The staff should be more concerned about doing their job better than acting like white trash hoodlums.
When referring to my review from 3yr ago (below) it is clear they have no intention to improve this store {pre or post covid-19}
This location must have a high turnover rate. I’ve reduced my previous 4 star rating due to poor customer service as well as poor advertising.
When you have a product on window signs, the marquee, and the menu board…. And a customer orders it, deliver it! If that is entirely not possible for whatever reasons, offer some type of customer concession to make up for your deficiency.
This location did neither, upon ordering the short rib sandwich, I was told that the sandwich was an old promotion that they aren’t doing any longer. No offer of a discount, no rationale, just made me feel like I was asking for something obscure.

Update 4/8/24. Forgot to mention,the employees are a rare bunch! POLITE, NICE & COURTEOUS!! A RARE find! I ONLY come to this location! C’mon by and what im talking about! :-)❣️tried their crinkle fries. OMG if you like ALOT of salt, you’ll love these. Every single fry was slathered w very fine salt. Get a LARGE drink, you’re gonna need it. BUT after a few bites, you get used to it and I liked it! Their chicken nuggets are a MUST TRY! By far wayyyyy better than other place! Actual breast meat nuggets, perfectly seasoned! Grab a turnover, not warm, but delicious!

I am only leaving a review in hopes that your corporate sees or in hopes that a public complaint might actually cause some action on your part. What is the point of ordering a “double beef and cheddar” sandwich if it doesn’t even have cheddar? I have been coming to this Arby’s since 2019 and not a single time that I’ve ordered a beef and cheddar have I actually had more than 3 bites per sandwich that actually has cheddar. They use half a pump of cheddar every single time. I bought one today and I actually had to double check my receipt to make sure they actually charged me for the beef and cheddar. Honestly they should be ashamed of charging people for the cheddar when they don’t even give it to you.

Place was super busy. Short wait for food but it was hot and fresh. The order was correct as we ordered. The beef & cheddar combo was tasty as always. We tried the Mac ‘n Cheese balls this time, too. They’re ok but not my favorite. Server was courteous and prompt in welcoming us and taking our order. Lots of thank you responses to our ringing the bell.
