Forgive me but the staff there are not so bright, after I set and waited for my order, the drink was a coke zero with absolutely no flavor. When I told her about it she said. Well, you need to come in and get another, I told her the purpose of the drive thru miss is so you won’t have to get out your vehicle. She then replied I can’t do it, yes you can you just won’t. Very lazy of you. I wonder why they won’t tell you before you pay for your order, that there’s a wait on your food. So now I will ask from now on. Service is really not up to part at these suppose to be fast food chains.

I like Burger King burgers or I would NEVER, EVER go to this location. In fact, this will be my LAST time. Approx. 7:45 pm, 12/20/25. Drive-thru. No cars in front of me. Waited a long time, as usual. The entire order was the Duo. 2 Jr. Whoppers – no pickles. Paid at the window. Then the guy asked, “Do you want your coins back?” Sure, it was only coins .. 55 cents. But THAT’S NOT THE POINT. Suppose I’d given him a $10 or a $20. It caught me off guard. Then, I quickly decided I didn’t want my food “made special”, so I said, “Sure, keep it.”
Well, the food WAS made “special” anyway. Instead of NO pickles, I got extra pickles. This is the same location where it’s not unusual for it to be “open”, but with NO EMPLOYEES inside. I don’t know how this miserable location stays in business … even though it’s basically in a Walmart parking lot. Lousy, if any, management.
Again, it wasn’t the amount. Rather, the assumption that I didn’t want my change. FYI, I DO NOT TIP at fast food establishments. Do better, or close this miserably run location. And NOTHING in this review is new news by a long shot, btw.
UPDATE: Trying to leave feedback on the Burger King site is even more frustrating than the “keep my change” issue I encountered. No wonder their service is so miserable.

It was good food, took nesrly 45 mins to get the order. Waited in a line of about 4 cars patiently. The whole point of stopping was for reasonably faster delivery of food. (Drive thru)

I love Burger King. Through the years Buger King has always been my go to. But this location is so slow. No one has any sense of Urgency. Even the managers are very lackadaisical. The food is good and hot.

There were no customers eating or ordering inside the restaurant. There appeared to be no cars at the drive-through. I ordered my food through the drive-through and was sent around the building to wait outside 10 minutes before my order of one cheeseburger and one double cheeseburger was delivered to me. I opened my cheeseburger. And took two bites. Then I noticed on the rapper was a dried out dead insect that had been wrapped inside the burger wrapper. It was the most disgusting experience that I’ve ever had. And I think I now understand why all of the Burger King restaurants around Charleston have been systematically being closed. The service was friendly, but incredibly slow despite it not being a very busy time of day and the restaurant is not appearing to be busy inside or outside at all. Most importantly there was an insect in my food, which is absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from another Burger King for the rest of my life. The manager and employees of this restaurant should be ashamed by what they’re serving to customers who are paying their hard earned money to be served food that you would not give an animal in a barn.

Order ahead. Have to wait at board to even be acknowledged. Say we have order they tell us no. I prepare to give info on order confirmation oh we have pull around. Pull around so it’s just 2 burgers. NO2 BURGER COMBOS. Did u have drinks? Ummm COMBOS. OK we don’t have sprite zero. Ok so give 2 teas no ice. 3 times 2 teas NO ICE. Finally food. Fries hit. Burgers cold. Guess we eat cold food on way to work. Useless. Always issues.

My food was Hot & fresh… the Store manager is amazing and his managers and employees must be new. Because the pace of the store, the smoothness of the order taking and everything about this store is turning around! It’s a GREAT atmosphere.
