I placed a catering order with Mr Brown’s in Chicago Heights for 100 pieces of chicken, plus a tray of mashed potatoes and a tray of mac and cheese, and I was honestly impressed. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the mashed potatoes were creamy, and the mac and cheese was rich and comforting. Portions were very generous and the price was a real value compared to other catering options. Everyone at the event enjoyed the food and kept asking where it was from. Highly recommended for catering and group orders, I will definitely be back.

Visited Mr Brown’s in Chicago Heights with my wife and ordered the 6-piece mixed chicken meal with fries and corn fritters as sides. The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside, not greasy at all. Fries were perfectly cooked and the corn fritters were sweet and flavorful. You can tell the food is made fresh. The guys there were so nice and helpful, very satisfying meal overall.

I went to this establishment on yesterday 11-13-25 . I want to say I have gave this place 3 times to get it right. I normally come here and get a 4 piece 6 piece max of all legs , and have always been charged a piece substition price ( 50 to 75cent to get all legs per piece ) that has never been a problem although browns is the only place i am charged by piece for . but for them to still not gib=ve me all legs was crazy. Ok this happened twice . I ccalled they said ok our apologies come in and will give you the additional legs for free. I never took them up on it as the offer was great.Now yesterday I go there get a 10 piece dark the man says thisd consist of 5 and 5 5 legs and 5 thighs . Im like perfect as i like legs any way . I get home . i have 8 DRY THIGHS and 2 legs . I call and they say well we cant help how the order comes out dark is dark , but yet when i ask for all legs im spending close to a dollar a piece for substituion . no aplogy of anything and i spent over 30 dollars and was disrespected over the phone when i let them know i lived far a way and was not happy getting all thighs . this place is an expensive dry chicken selling establishment and if i was anyone with some sense i would go to jj’s or sharks as this place is to expensive to be messing up orders and not being accountable but wanna charge for every little thing WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS MY DINNER WAS DRY AND RUINED

This is more of a take out restaurant, but there is seating. The dining room is dirty, the floor is greasy and windows are dirty.

This place is ridiculously slow for online order pickups and that is because they do not premake the chicken in bulk or have anything else premade. they literally cook it to order, one order at a time. in my strong opinion, it is very inefficient and way too time consuming for delivery drivers. i won’t be attempting to deliver for them again.

Tried again today. Chicken was soggy, warm on the outside and cold on the inside. I called. No apology, just bring it back and I’ll give back the money.
