I went a few days ago and I’m honestly surprised it took me this long. They’ve been open about three months now and it completely flew under my radar.
It’s Mexican owned and the flavors really come through in the food. You can taste the care and pride in it. At the same time, they do classic American breakfast too, so it’s a great spot when everyone wants something different but still wants to eat together.
I had a vanilla latte with four shots of espresso and it was delisssssh. Smooth and strong, exactly how it should be.
We ordered the dulce de leche crepes and the trio chilaquiles with green salsa, chipotle salsa, and red salsa. Each salsa had its own thing going on and all of them were really good. The barbacoa is made in house and the flavor absolutely slaps.
The space itself is a big plus. It’s open and comfortable, which makes it a really good place for meeting up, gathering, or even networking without feeling cramped.
Really glad to have a spot like this close by. If you haven’t been yet, go try it.

If you’re ever in the area or up for a short drive, check out this brunch spot. I stopped by with a friend today and we liked everything we ordered
We started with the Arabica coffee. We ordered the red chilaquiles with skirt steak and also had the carnitas skillet. For something sweet, we went with the Nutella and banana waffle and the French toast flight. The waffle was nice and soft. My favorite was the mixed berry French toast with cream, hers was the churro dulce de leche. They make their whipped cream in house and you can really taste the difference.
The service was awesome (thank you Ali).
The place has a great vibe and I love the simple, sophisticated decor.
I would definitely make the drive from Chicago just for brunch.

Brunchys is a great new addition to the neighborhood! I had the Nutella and almond waffle with scrambled eggs and it was a very fluffy and tasty waffle. The presentation of the meals I pretty and the restaurant is nice and clean inside. Service was attentive. Coffee was very good and they stayed refilling the cups! I’d recommend Brunchys to anyone looking for a solid brunch spot!

Breakfast was a Western Omelette which includes cheddar cheese, side of pancakes and extra crispy hashbrowns. Aribica coffee. Coffee is really good. Omelette was great, with plenty of green peppers just doe enough. Hashbrowns were good, but a bit heavy on the vegetable oil. Pancakes were super fluffy and huge. Will go back.
