The newest Wienerschnitzel in town has always been a pleasure to visit. Never a bad experience when I roll up to get some of the best hotdog in town. Always fast, knowledgeable employees, and quick action service. These guys definitely bring the heat every time. One of my favorite Wienerschnitzel to visit here in town. Alison the rude employee that attended me today please hear what the customer wants next time. I repeatedly told her two ice creams and still charged me the one I didn’t want. If you don’t want to work put someone else at the front. And also, she rudely slammed the window lol. I have respect and stayed quiet but hopefully there’s not a next time where I feel disrespected because I will be a Karen and speak to a manager.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. My husband was already upset, and I decided to grab food from here instead of getting groceries — clearly a bad call.
We didn’t even get our two small fries. Mistakes happen, sure, but when there’s barely anyone in the drive-thru, it’s hard to understand how that’s overlooked. Even in a rush thats when we should ESPECIALLY BE DOUBLE CHECKING ORDERS. I called right after, and the girl on the phone tells me, “You can just pull up to get them.” I explained I live in Fabens, which is two cities away, and going back through that mess of traffic isn’t exactly “just pull up” easy.
She then says I’d have to come in person for a refund… for fries. Seriously? I’m not about to waste gas and time driving back because someone couldn’t double-check an order. I would’ve liked my fries with my meal, not as a solo mission the next day. Its such an inconvenience.
If you’re going to charge people, at least make sure the order is right. It’s not hard. Do better, Wienerschnitzel.

A great new addition to the Eastlake area. We had no issues at all with our order, and man, the food was hot and super fresh.

I highly recommend the chili cheese fries and chili dogs, soooo good. ✨️
Side note:‼️ Always check your food before you leave any drive-thru and always ask for additional utensils or condiments when you order to avoid any problems. ‼️
