Always see this place on the corner every time we go to UPS. Decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. The girl at the register was super friendly. I ordered a southwest steak bowl and a ranch chicken BLT bowl for my wife. We also shared a mango plant protein smoothie and everything tasted so good. Definitely will be coming back to try other things in the menu.

so glad i found this place. ordered a chicken and spinach bowl… cooked to perfection. heavy portion of chicken, just the way i like it!
i asked for a suggestion of dressing and he gave me several options which i was so grateful for.
ultimately i was hooked on their house chipotle!!!!!! so good!!!
also ordered a protein shake that was out of this world.
on top of that, the customer service was excellent—friendly, fast, and made the whole experience even better. highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been meaning to spot here for a while now and finally did! I am so mad I didn’t stop sooner! I ordered a mango peach smoothie with protein and a chicken pesto bowl and holy moly! This is the best lunch I’ve had in a while. The woman at the register was very knowledgeable and helpful even while she was training a new employee! Definitely will be back!

Best quick and healthy bite in Sparta which is hard to find. The southwest chicken wrap is a go to along with their protein shakes that come in so many flavors. Entire staff is friendly and food is ready promptly. Any time I’m in the area I make sure to stop. Can’t recommend it enough.

This place used to be a great spot. It’s so sad that over the past couple of months, the phones have not worked so you cannot call in your order for the Sparta location. When I walked into the store, the wait was over 30 minutes for 1 smoothie. The owner proceeded to tell me he left the phone off the hook so no one can call in. Today, I called to place an order for my corporate associates that will be onsite, and the grill is off and the wait is over 30 minutes again for smoothies. The associate that answered the phone was not nice about me trying to order, almost like I was a burden for calling. I know the Newton Nutrition Store is not affiliated with the Sparta location anymore, as Newton is where I usually go. We do not have many healthy spots in the area so it really stinks to see the downfall of this location with their lack of customer service as I would of rated this place 5 stars up until last year. If you don’t want people to order, maybe don’t keep the place open.

Just go to the Newton one if you’re getting food. The smoothies are always great though
Edit: reasons being the size of the wrap I got was minuscule and comparison, there was little to no sauce on it despite the only reason for the wrap I got was the sauce, and it tasted like Uncle Ben’s rice was used.
3 months later. Ordered again. Bigger wrap but paid for extra sauce on all 3 wraps I got and none of them have any sauce…
