12/18/25 ORDER #128141806 Great customer service last night even while you all were busy. My food was ready before the given time on the app. I really appreciate you all adding pepperonis on my pizza after I had to keep doing it on the app and it did not take on the final receipt. The lady at the front handled it so well. She didn’t have to make the correction. Most places won’t even try to help in that situation. Pepperoni came back looking professional and not slapped on. After a long day of work it’s great that someone actually cared to give great service while super busy.

It was typical. Only the pizza was bere of ingredients. Dry due to skimpy sauce application. But the service was great. Friendly and helpful. The lobby was dirty, though we are in the midst of the aftermath of snow and ice and it can be hard to keep a floor clean. But all in all, the pizza was a disappointment.

I was very disappointed in this location. I used to live lose to this and remember when it was more convenient to people. Yes,they take orders and deliver pizza;but there are no menus. And what was advertised on the blackboard was not correctly charged. It had Pizza Box for 24.99 and I was charged 27.99 with tax of 2.80.My husband went back into the store and addressed Jayla again about the chicken wings. She claimed I ordered extra wings. I had one order. I was told that with the big box I would receive 8 wings if they were boned and six if they were boneless. We only got six. I won’t be using them again anytime soon. They got away this time.

For today to pick up an online order the young lady at the cash register at 11:32 a.m. with extremely rude. She was so busy flirting with a young woman and having basic conversations that had nothing to do with Pizza Hut about where people are from instead of servicing the customers down in front of her. In the office behind her was extremely rude dismissive and the manager said and did nothing she should not have a job and Muhammad needs to be reprimanded for not stepping in to help when customers and the lobby is built up and full.el I would like a district manager area manager or someone in the corporate office so please respond to this comment this is unacceptable Behavior for $27 Pizza

Everytime I come here it’s an unnecessary wait but this time was insane…. I ended up waiting 1hour and 30mins for a medium pizza all due to me using my rewards points when that shouldn’t matter why wasn’t my order made just like everyone else’s. I really can’t stand bad customer service at all. This was unacceptable if y’all are going to treat orders placed with rewards like shit then how about not allowing people to use them.
