A friend and I stopped in for lunch. I was a fan decades ago when Polito’s was in University Park Mall, and I worked there. I ate there more than once per week. It was great to “see” them again, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service Heidi provided. She was so friendly and worked to make sure we had everything we needed, when we needed it. We really enjoyed the salad bar. There is no doubt we will be back. Thank you, Heidi and Polito’s.

Walking in was greeted and sat at a table. Waitress was nice and got our drinks while we looked the menu. They had a good selection to pick from. The music was low and could barely hear it, would of been nice if was up a little more. The place was inviting to stay and hang out with family and/or friends. The waitress kept our drinks full. The food was good and was hot when got to us. Good portion sizes for the prices.

We love Politos! There used to be a sort of moldy smell, but no more!!! Just great cooking smells!! Heidi is amazing!! Give her a raise! We come for the fantastic salad bar and the delicious vodka sauce.

Server was amazing she was very friendly and helpful. Food was good. We had garlic cheesy bread and the Chicago works pizza. I am looking forward to my cold leftover pizza for breakfast in the morning.

Service was fast. I got a calzone and it’s the best I’ve ever had. It’s also twice the size I can eat and it’s only $11 in Uber eats. My only complaint is that I didn’t find this place sooner… I will return!

Worth Administration
Made to Order Sandwiches. I liked the bread they used, but To avoid a dry eat, don’t forget to tell them to add Mayo/lettuce/Tomatoes. You must request this. One of their Sandwiches does comes with L&T, but no Mayo. There was a 40 min wait for our order. Would have given 3 Stars but the staff was so nice and the place was very clean.

I would not recommend spending money on this pizza. Unfortunately, our pizza was burnt when we picked it up, and we didn’t realize it because the top looked great. Breadsticks were cold and dry. If you want good pizza, go to Halls Kitchen. We learned our lesson.
