Stopped to get a photo of the Pensacola mural and spotted this food truck in back and decided to stop. Glad I did. Though they didn’t have the items that are painted on the side of the truck that’s facing the street like the Pineapple Express or Fig Lebowski (those are specialty burgers offered only certain times of the year) they do have other fantastic burgers or at least the one I tried was; the McBagger. A play on a Big Mac but soooo much better. I got the combo upgraded with the Parmesan Truffle Fries which are amazing on their own. And a drink which you fill inside Alga Brewery where a soda fountain is located right near the door. Super friendly dudes who run it. Highly recommend.

It is a food truck. Rating is for that type of venue. Trust me when I say the burgers are messy. Delicious and messy. I had the brown bagger. I wish I had ordered the regular hamburger. The sauce overtook the entire burger and some fries. It does taste good but a little less would have been more. I recommend stopping and trying it for sure. We will go back as we are here for 2wks. I liked the Asian salad and could have eaten that as a meal!

The burgers here are amazing. I got the February special and it was so good. My husband got the bacon Gouda burger. the service is also top notch. I wish they had one of these in my area. I highly recommend trying it, you won’t be disappointed. Worth the 5 stars for sure!

Great hidden gem food truck. I had the January special which was a fried mushroom burger. Had the double and I was full all day. Food quality was top notch. They make their burgers with Waygu. Also, there is a brewery right there as well. What else could you ask for? 🙂

AMAZING smashburgers!!! if you are thinking about trying it is definitely worth the stop. We got a double cheeseburgers with the “bagger” sauce. I’ll be dreaming about it tonight. Hands down the best burger I’ve had in years. Large fries is big enough to split between 2. Incredible service, atmosphere, and military discount offered here! It’s in the back of a dog friendly brewery. FIVE STARS!!!

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger all the way let me tell you, it was bussin’! Incredible burger. These aren’t your ordinary smashed burgers. These are quarter pound waygu beef patties, prepared by a fry top master that cares as much as SpongeBob cares about Krabby Patties. The meat goes between a delicious and perfectly textured potato bun that will have you drooling. Don’t hesitate, get here and wrap your teeth around one of these Brown Bagger burgers asap!

If you find yourself in Pensacola, the Brown Bagger Food Truck is an absolute must-try! We had what was hands-down the best burger in town—perfectly seasoned and juicy Wagyu beef on a fresh Craft Bakery bun. But the real surprise was the Bangin’ Brussels sprouts; they were crispy, flavorful, and easily some of the best we’ve ever had.

I was in town on business and was headed to the airport looking for a burger before my flight. Brown Bagger was perfect! Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time, outside of my house. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink combo. My bill was little over $22. Timothy took and served my order and was a pleasure. Next time I’m in the area I’ll be back!
