Only 1 person working the whole store. Online orders kept coming in which delayed the process of making food. Phone is never answered to place orders. At least 4 customers walked out due to it taking so long. Employee kept it together and did her best doing in store orders and online orders coming in. Took close to 40 minutes before my entire order was placed and completed.

I had the worse experience in your Bethpage store located on Wantagh Ave. the lady there was horribly rude. She was the only worker there but I noticed she treated customers differently. When it was my turn to order, she said to me, “what do you want”? my response to her was, for you to be a little more nicer. so she said it again, ” what do you want” I placed my order. She moved on to the next customer behind me and she didn’t interact with that customer as she did me. she politely asked him for his order. I had a conversation with the man behind me. Her rudeness increased. she started to complain she was there by herself and I have the time to go on Facebook, Instagram. I worked with young adults with special needs and they were with me in the store. the customer behind me and myself started to talk more and I made a joke about the hat I was wearing. At no time did she apologize for her rudeness. in fac,t she stated she was nice to the guy behind me because he was a regular. I would think a person would be nice to everyone so they will return. Her attitude towards me was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I don’t see myself visiting that Subway again. should I be in that area again, I will be taking my business to the Subway in Hicksville.

Awful. The worst subway I have ever been to. There was only 1 worker during lunchtime hours. She was super slow and rude. After waiting over 15 mins when only one person in front of me I just left. Also the lights were barely on and the place just seemed dirty. Will never go back to this location.

They don’t take any coupons which is the whole reason why I went here. How do you not take coupons?? If I put the coupon on the app and put pickup here it’d be no different. Don’t come here.

In the Covid age, it was very unsettling to walk in to this store and see a customer with a mask on but NO SHIRT. I had to leave and will never go back to that location. The temperature was hot and I am sure he was dripping sweat on the glass case. GROSS

They don’t take coupons. I believe this is not a franchise but a private owned subway, but still I can not reason to come to this one again when there are others nearby that will take my coupons.

The WORST customer service, My account was hacked and the Owner hung up on me when trying to explain the situation. the way she acted seemed like it happens a lot and there store may be complacent in the fraud! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. THESE OWNERS SHOULD LOSE THEIR BUSINESS FOR HOW THEY DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS!!!

They don’t accept coupons or any other part of the rewards programs. The employees must have been new because the service was very slow compared to a standard Subway chain store. I waited 17 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break- and cherry on top the infamous “out of order” sign was on the bathroom door.

Stale bread. Wilted lettuce and few choices available. The place isn’t clean. They have ads on the windows looking at the food so you can’t really see what you’re getting. The place is gross and they don’t take coupons! A waste of money.

The front lady is very bad and rude server, she doesn’t know how to deal with costumer, she doesn’t speak english eather and she was using the airpods.i thing she needs more training.I never visit again this location.
