I was there today, and I went through the drive-through. First red flag is when I drove up to the speaker i got “What can I get for you?” No hello, nothing. Okay, whatever, then I explain to her that i didnt want fries and I want the mozzarella sticks, not the 4ct, the 6ct. All she says is “pull forward”. I pull forward, and she tells me the total. I hand her the money, she gives me the drink, then gives me the bag and tells me, “Have a good day.” There are the manners! There’s some progress!! I pull away and check my bag just cause i had a gut feeling. It’s a 4ct mozzarella… no problem, but I turn around and go right up to the speaker and explained I was just there i ordered a 6ct, and received a 4ct. She says, “pull to the window,” then just hands me a bag of 2 mozzarella sticks and shuts the window immediately, no “sorry about that,” not a thing. She was a younger black girl. I work in a restaraunt and I understand it can be draining to work with customers all day, but not one time would I act like that. It’s the bare minimum, even if you really aren’t sorry about it, just lie. I’m just hoping maybe a talk can be had with the employees, cause its not enjoyable to hear the blatant disrespect when no disrespect was ever given on my side. My intent for this is not to shame the girl, but rather to suggest a behavior change when it comes to speaking to people.

I ordered door dash. I received a large drink cup filled with au jusn and a half a thing of fries.

I am pretty forgiving, but sending a large drink full of hot dipping sauce is just willfully messing up an order.

We placed an online order last night to pick up, the older woman working was such a sweetheart. I didn’t get her name, but she was great!!!! Food was good too. Those new steak nuggets are my favorite. They weren’t chewy at all, they were super moist and fell apart. I’d say more like brisket- but the flavor was YUM. (I tasted teriyaki)

So we are giving Arby’s one more try….. waiting for someone to take our order had to ask a young lady if someone could take our order. The look she gave me . We sat down waiting for our food it was on the counter just sitting . Food was cold dare not going to tell them. We will not be back. The sad thing it happened months ago. I guess someone like there no smile, not friendly at all.

$32 for 2 meals and an order of Jalapeno poppers we did not receive. We had to pull forward with literally no one behind us. I figured it was because the poppers had to cook, so I didn’t mind. Apparently that wasn’t the case.
We should have thoroughly examined the bag. It was a dumb mistake to think anyone cares if you get what you pay for or that it’s important to serve customers so they return.
Not worth the drive back.
Maybe I’ll check back in a year or three or one day when I have extra money to throw down a well.

Drive thru looks closed. Staff inattentive, not friendly. Very slow, 15 min for 2 sandwiches and 1 fry doesn’t feel like fast food. No smiles. Forgot condiments I’d asked for.

Would leave no stars if possible for this location.

Over 4 separate orders we’ve yet to get sandwiches correct. Not complicated sandwiches either, just asking for a classic roast beef that always ends up with varied sauces on it in the wrong onion bun (like attempted beef n cheddar but they leave off the cheddar… idk what they are attempting). PLUS after the numerous mistakes, I finally called today to speak with the manager and he was unwilling to listen and resolve the issues. We were also over charged and he denied our extra food that was paid for. Plus the wrong sandwiches, again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating at this Arby’s, best to drive a few extra minutes to another location.

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the Sunday shift manager Darianna this afternoon. Placed an order through the drive thru, order was incorrect and I re-stated the order of a 5 pc tender, 3 pc potato wedge, and a large drink in which she immediately got an attitude with me that “they’re potato cakes, not potato wedges”?!? Whatever, she knew what I was asking for… Drove to the window, I had specifically asked for a large drink and was handed a medium. When I corrected the young man at the window, he went to get the manager Darianna who had to do a refund and re-ring in which she had an even bigger attitude about. Nonetheless, I was then told that I would need to pull forward, in which I did. Ten minutes later I was handed a bag with a 3 pc tender and a 2 pc potato cake. After waiting this long and the attitude I received, I parked and went inside and asked for a refund in which she told me she wouldn’t do it unless I threw the bag away first?!? Done dealing with this ignorant lady and will be stopping in to see the real manager… Absolutely the last time I order from this place. The service has continued to go down, the prices have continued to go up, and the food just isn’t worth the hassle. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I also took a picture of the “managers” name tag so I can make sure I got it right, so she sent her worker out to take a picture of my license plate! LOL!
