Friend and I were on the way to San Francisco after a long day of hiking in Pinnacles National Park. Stopped here around 5:30pm on the Wednesday after Labor Day. The place was empty, and we were able to place out orders and get served immediately. Pretty convenient that it’s located next to the Morgan Hill Gas and Shop station. I had the cluck sandwich and it was great – filling, crispy, lots of protein. Total came to 26 bucks for 2 people, including fries and 2 drinks, so pretty good.

wish i could do -5 stars. went at 4:30 am they claim on there window to be open 24/7 but when i get to the window the teenage boy working there says there closed but then proceeds to take the order of another car that came in after us. very unprofessional of that acne’s faced lil boy, do better.

I keep going back because it open late and I tacos are always good but I think they have never gotten our big orders(more than 3 items) right even once. Theres always something missing or gave us something else instead. Drive thru is what I usually use.

So disappointed with the service, the food, overall everything. We asked for burger Pattie’s with melted swiss cheese on top. Told her several time, and not only I was charged for cheese but she also gave me American cheese. I am so upset for my mother don’t eat American cheese and we could not wait since she has a dr appt early in the morning. I can go on and write a novel but please have a manager or corporate reach out.

The food is always good and consistent. Customer service lacks when it comes to delivery orders. Additions that are on the menu are constantly missed, such as straws, sauce options that come with your meal, as well as extra sauces, napkins, etc. Make sure you’re carrying these items if you’re on the go with little ones or if you just enjoy a straw and napkin with your meal and are away from home!

I have been doing mobile orders at this location for some time already and almost all the time they got everything right but ever since they got the chicken popcorn they just keep telling me “We ran out”. So then why do you still have the option on the app? You should let people know that you don’t have a certain item or remove it temporary from the app while you resupply. Instead they make you spend your money and tell you at the store that the only options you have for substitution is chicken nuggets and chicken tenders.
The funny thing is that the last time I was there the cashier was pretty friendly and told me that it would have to be something of the same cash value so I was like fine, at least I can choose this time but then he goes to the back, talks to someone else and comes to tell me “only chicken nuggets or tenders”.
Is not the first time they tell me something at first and then they change their minds. Is pretty annoying ordering something because you crave it before going to work and then they tell you that you only have certain options.
Not to mention that this place is always so dirty and there’s bugs flying everywhere.
I am really questioning why do I keep coming back to this location. You guys need to do better, take it coming from a fast food employee herself.
