Bread was flat and floppy. Directions on building the sandwich were not followed. Did not put sauce on the sandwich. This is the second subway in this area that was absolutely terrible. Like when I ask for extra onion only getting 2 on my sandwich is pitiful. Whoever is working should have their hours cut. Whoever prepped the bread should be fired. Absolutely a disappointment.

I ordered pick up order. I was delayed. I came 5 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. And I had to wait even longer, because they were making subs for people in the line. Doesn’t matter if I ordered much earlier

Stopped by on my way home to get a sandwich. Should have waited apparently. The girl working made my sub on the wrong bun and instead of remaking it, tore my sub apart to put it on the correct bun. So now I have an untoasted bun, with soggy meat and cheese. Took one bite and contemplated throwing it away. Tried to warm it up when I got home, and now it tastes like it’s three days old. Into the trash it goes. Waste of money. Next time when a customer asks you to remake it, you should remake the sub instead of half assing your job. She was maybe 5’4 with brown hair in a ponytail. Won’t be stopping by again.

They didn’t have part of my order when I picked it up, which is fine but they did not refund my money. When I called them about 6 times they kept hanging up. I will be going to the hebron ohio location ever again. I don’t recommend this location at all

DO NO CALL AHEAD OR USE THE SUBWAY APP AT THIS LOCATION! A COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME! If you are not standing there watching them make it, it WILL NOT be right. They may not even give you the right subs! If you’re in a hurry, it’s to late to notice when your already down the road.

I have been going to this Subway since it opened and today was the worst. We got told at the door that the toaster over was broken. Ok, no problem. Then when we went to order they didn’t have any bread other than white and this was at noon. His excuse was that it had “been a tough morning.” As much as I hate to say it, whenever possible I will be going to a different store.

If I could rate this Subway 0 stars, I would. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway and I was an assistant manager at one for 6 years. The “sandwich artist”, Deb (which she can’t even be called one) literally THREW my sandwiches together on smushed, hard bread. And the ENTIRE time it looked like she was trying to dance, she was so methed out she couldn’t stop moving. Not to mention she didnt wash her hands before she put her gloves on after wiping her nose with her hand. There was absolutely nothing stocked, the line looked absolutely disgusting as did the rest of the restaurant. I will never be eating here again and I suggest that nobody else does.

Seemingly clean, but strange Subway. If you see specials on TV (2 for $5, in this case), don’t bother asking for the same special here. You’ll get the constipated face (“I have no clue what you mean”) followed by, “We aren’t doing that here.” The kids that work there seem nice enough, but it’s maddening that each Subway franchisee can make their own rules like that. While I’m at it, the Subway at the Pilot Station on Rt. 37 is exactly the same. If you want Subway in the Hebron area, there’s a good one in Buckeye Lake.
