Stop then yesterday to do some shopping and picked up a coffee with my husband. Please make the line where you’re supposed to start and begin it causes commotion. Not at all a fun coffee experience. The girl behind made the entire thing worse than it needed to be.

Just walked up at 7:59 PM. I get in line, she takes a second but comes up to me, looks at the register and says “we’re closed”. I say “are you??” She says “we we closed at eight and it JUST hit eight” . Really? The girl saw me walk up at 7:59 and lollygagged as long as she could so she Could tell me it’s now eight and they are closed so didn’t have to work anymore lol . There was nobody in front of me or behind me, she very well could’ve still made the drink

I love Starbucks! This is a very nice location. I ordered my drinks ahead on the mobile order app and it was ready for me when I came to pick it up! Tasted great! Nice people, great variety! Coffee is always fresh and delicious as expected from Starbucks! Great experience, will be returning for sure!

Great Starbucks with very large Interior. Probably one of the largest I have seen with lots of seating indoors and outdoors. What I love here is you never have to worry about not getting a seat. The service is fast and friendly and the overall atmosphere is cozy and well decorated. It’s not usually too crowded and is very clean.

While waiting for a prescription at Target, I stopped into the Starbucks, Barista Becca was FANTASTIC! I don’t get to Starbucks often, so am not familiar with the menu. I was going for a Mango something-or-other, she told me it was caffeine heavy, so I went for a Passion Tea Unsweetened (no caffeine). Every other Starbucks I have been to would have just given me the heavily caffeinated drink. Thank you Becca!! I will sleep well tonight.

Starbucks doesn’t charge you extra if you order something extra in your drink if it already comes in it. Like, if you order a white mocha and you want an extra pump of white mocha, they don’t charge you extra for it. This Starbucks DOES. They have been charging extra if someone orders extra of something that is already in the drink . Not supposed to do that

This is regarding the standalone Starbucks near Burger Fi. This place was great when they were across the plaza, but something has happened and there has been a massive paradigm shift. The staff are borderline rude when you’re inside the building. The interior is always crowded by people looking for free WiFi and the parking lot is a zoo. The drive through line is about 8-10 cars long on average, even at off peak hours. My advice: buy from Black Rifle Coffee Company. I would still support these guys if they could manage being friendly to their regulars. All in all, it’s a coffee place that you likely know and trust. You’ll get your coffee and the product will meet expectations. You can’t be in a hurry though.
