Came in tonight at 8:30p so no reason why there should be little to 0 energy behind the service. Walked in with my husband and another guy walked in after us, there were FIVE employees not paying attention to the customers to even make eye contact. Girl serving food didnt even look to say , ” Hi I’ll be right with you” since she was more focused on cleaning. Once she finished, no cordial welcome to segway into being ignored. Customer service used to be better. Food here is better than the other location on woodland. ” How about welcome to chipotle how can I help you today? “

Undercooked, rock-hard rice in an exceptionally small RICE bowl. Ate everything on top of the rice and threw the rice out, and I’m still hungry. If you want chipotle, go to the one in south DeLand – don’t waste your money here.

Portions at this location are horrible and staff is rude. Younger white guy with a beard took my order. I asked for extra white rice, not meat, not cheese, white rice… Guy grabs maybe 20 grains of rice and keeps going. This exactly why people walk out of chipotle. Did I walk out? No… White rice costs next to nothing make your customers happy and give better portions! Also pay and train your staff better because them treating customers poorly reflects poor management practices. Treating people poorly isn’t going to help them get tips to supplement the low wage you’re paying them.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE be aware!!! I visited this store on 11/08/25, and they charged my credit card $65.39 for 3 burrito bowls and 1 large bag of chips. I have emailed them twice through the Chipotle website, and no one has contacted me so far.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company because I was overcharged. I paid $39 plus tax, but they charged me double. So please, if you ever visit this store, make sure to check the receipt and verify what you’re being charged, because they can charge you more.

Both my husband and I ended up sick after ordering take-out from here. My beef barbacoa salad had 1/2 inch of liquid in the bottom of it, and the beef was cold and super fatty. I threw it up about 4 hours later. My husband’s carne asada burrito bowl tasted good, but he’s had an upset stomach all last night and today. Overall a terrible experience we won’t be repeating.

I spent almost two hours going back and forth between corporate and the store because they claimed they couldn’t find my order. When I finally got in touch with the store, they acted as if I was lying about ordering from them. Everything else was fine, but the rice was undercooked. When I brought it up, they treated me like I was just trying to get more than what I paid for.After our conversation I told them it’s fine they can keep the money cause my time is more valuable. I just wished they had more empathy for their costumers I literally came off a 10 hour shift got my food and came home. Now if I would’ve went in store telling them I wanted my meal remade I would’ve had to wait and dealt with the scrutiny .

I was skeptical because of the other bad reviews and my experience has been not so great at the other location. I’m glad I gave them a chance! Food tasted great, didn’t skimp on portions and the workers were friendly! Will come back again
