Just moved here from Oklahoma. Wanted to try Bo jangles. First off it took about 15 mins to get the food at the drive through. No one else was there. No straws with the drinks. Fries were old and dry. My son’s bun had what looked to be mold on it. Said no mayonnaise but it had mayonnaise on it. And what’s crazy is every bad review I read the manager says we will strive to be better. It’s obvious they are not doing anything to be better if the bad reviews keep pouring in. I have realized the customer service in the south is terrible.

That was the worst experience at this establishment I’ve ever had and it wasn’t the first problem I’ve had at this specific location. It will def be the last time I go there. Waited for 30 min in the drive thru waiting on my biscuits. Which weren’t even in my 2 meals. Fries were half burnt other half raw. Love Bojangles. But whoever is running this location needs to be fired. I was the only person there at 5pm.

I only get the steak or spicy chicken biscuits with Bo rounds but they are so good. We don’t have Bojangles in Macon any longer( the service was awful in Macon) so when we are in Warner Robins we will stop and get some for the next couple of days. Always so good and the service at this one is really great.

Decided to go to this location with my wife. Took 25 minutes just to get our order. Once we got home the 3pc meal was mostly batter . Mac was not hot cuisine service was poor. Not sure if this is a good location to ever visit. SAD

The check out employee sweet as pie but the food on 10/6 at 7:30pm, terrible. The Pepsi drinks good but the biscuits and mashed potatoes tasted old. The chicken tenders were tiny and over fried.

So I ordered a bunch of Cajun bisquits, tots, gravy/bisquits etc, everything else was amazing except for ALL the cajun bisquits except 1 was normal. They had no meat on them, for as much as we spend here I don’t want to pay over $85 to eat batter with bisquit, literally a THIN layer of chicken on these bisquits! I know it must be certain cooks cause I’ve ordered here before as well as my husband and we have never had this problem. So whoever is making them cajun chk bisquits on Wednesday mornings, yall need to get right. I’m not exaggerating either, we took a picture of one of them. I keep seeing people say the watson location knows what their doing, we are going to have to take our business their I guess. Spent way to much $ and don’t want to take another chance and it happen again.

After driving over two hours to my office, I usually look forward to a simple breakfast and a cup of coffee. I’ve passed this location several times in recent months and finally decided to stop in this morning, as there were no cars in line and it was very peaceful before 9 AM.
When I placed my order, I asked for cream and sugar with my coffee. At the window, the young lady verified my order but did not seem very welcoming. I confirmed my condiments—cream, sugar, jelly, and ketchup for my hashbrowns—just to be sure everything was included. She informed me that they did not have individual creamers and could only provide it in a container. I didn’t have an issue with that solution at all; however, the way she communicated it came across as if it were an inconvenience or as though I was asking for too much.
When I arrived at my office, I noticed only two or three packets of sugar were included for a large coffee, and none of the condiments I had requested were provided. Since it was not busy at the time, this was disappointing. The experience felt more like indifference than hospitality, which ultimately left me with the impression that my business was not valued. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning.
