I was in the area and decided to get a personal pizza for dinner. I’ve been to this location a few times before and was looking forward to some good food. However, tonight was very disappointing! The pizza was literally drenched in oil. It had wayyy to much cheese on it. The pizza itself was droopy. Maybe they just had an off night? Idk. But I doubt that I’ll return. Why is it so hard to find a consistent pizza spot in RVA?

Solid slice. I find myself craving the pizza from this spot somewhat frequently. Got the Quattro today and they did not skimp on the cheese.

The food and service here is great. Very friendly staff. We ordered the Quatro and the Mediterranean pizzas. The dough they use is chef’s kiss. Good chew, the right amount of salt and the bottom was nicely crisped. Not a single piece of crust was discarded.

My girlfriend and I just went in there and got half a Belmont supreme and half a bbq chicken and let me tell you it was beyond delicious. We’ve had pizza from Italy, New York, and other parts of Va but this one tops them all. Belmont pizzeria so y’all know who we were the couple who cane in all black with the Greek hoodies. We have agreed we’re definitely coming back.

We placed an order for a white pizza and salad with blue cheese dressing. Since we are in a hotel we needed utensil, plates and napkins. I didn’t see a place to request these items when ordering. I called the restaurant right after placing the order and asked the gentleman who answered if he could include these items. He assured me he would. When the order came the pizza was cold, the salad dressing was vinaigrette instead of the blue cheese we ordered, and there were no utensils, plates, or napkins. We had to rip the box to use as plates and even if I wanted my incorrect salad, I didnt have a fork to eat it. Very disappointed.

This was always my got to pizza when I was a student at VCU. It’s the perfect New York style pizza. Sometime I ask for it well done and it hits very similar to a New Haven pizza. I was obsessed with this place and anytime I can I always recommend it. I was once at the restaurant when the owner was there and he showed me how they made their dough, grinder their own cheese and created their own mix of cheeses. He wouldn’t give me too much info on the mix but what ever they are doing it’s working. The only thing I will say is that the pizza is very dependent on who is making it and how busy they are. I usually plan to order my pizza mid week. I also don’t ever get delivery.

I love Belmont with all my heart and I’ve been going there for years but last two times were just horrible. The first time was a burnt under carriage and the second time was a sloppy cheese pizza that doesn’t look cook. I payed $30 dollars for it. No wonder they have a hire sign out front because the young cooks don’t know what they are doing.

We’re an hour out from this place, but stopped in for a to-go dinner after spending the evening at VMFA nearby. Pizza was SO good! Just perfect. We loved the BBQ chicken – I’m still thinking about it and can’t wait to go back!

Such nice people here. Great art around the outside of the shop. Absolutely delicious pizza and cheese sticks. We called in and ordered. Walked around the block and picked up the pizza. Their buffalo chicken pizza is so delicious. Wonderful sauces and flavors. The best marinara sauce we have ever had. Cheesy and delicious! Reasonably priced too.
